After three years, we purchased the house. We experienced no issues regarding repairs; any requests we made were addressed efficiently and appropriately, with prompt follow-up. Communication was straightforward, and we always received timely responses from Fraser, accompanied by the necessary actions.
Based on our experience, I would confidently recommend this letting agency. Their approach is decisive, responsive, and personable; they do not simply place repair requests on a waiting list but act on them without delay. Having rented for approximately 27 years with various private landlords and letting agencies, I found this to be the most positive experience.
While I am pleased to now own a home, if I were to rent again, I would certainly recommend Professionals on the Move.
