I bought a house that had been converted poorly into flats. Steve from Belvoir gave me great advice from the outset about what needed doing. After the works were completed, in which his ideas were fully utilised, Steve started to advertise the flats for rent. After only 5 weeks, all the 3 flats have been taken by working tenants. Belvoir are managing the flats for me, backed up by the Belvoir Guarantee, which means I will never lose any rent whatever may happen in the future. I am now seeking another investment property and will go and see Steve and his team again.

I recently moved my properties to Steve as I had not been getting the service from my previous agent. Steve and the team have been very proactive in finding me new tenants and handling all of the admin and regulatory issues in a timely and professional manner. I cannot recommend this company highly enough! My property had been on the market with Purple Bricks since April 2017 and had sold twice and fallen through twice so I took it off the market for a month and switched to Belvoir in March 2019. They did an amazing 3D walk around video plus a ‘dolls house’ view of my house in Bennetts Hill, Oxton. I had six viewings within a couple of weeks and an offer that I declined and during April I had 3 more viewings and sale agreed in early May! Completed at the end of July! Absolutely fantastic! Great people to deal with and they keep you informed at every step and of course they can sell!

We have used Belwvior, Wirral, to manage our four properties in the area for over twelve years. Throughout this time, they have been consistently professional and efficient in all their dealings on our behalf. Their communication is first class and they can be relied upon for complete honesty and integrity. We live at some distance from the properties but we have always been comforted that we could rely on them to manage them properly. Meanwhile, we feel our tenants can be confident too that their representation will be passed onto us and acted upon. We could not recommend them any higher.

Never been more appalled by sheer lack of customer service. Spoken to as if I was an inconvenience when trying to organise a viewing. "Can't you make a lunch time." "Everyone has to go to work." "It will be DARK after 4pm." Miserable manner and tone. Absolutely disgusted by the lack of apology, eventually had to hang up the phone after I was 'rude' for asking to view a property in the afternoon . It's patently clear that there is ZERO staff training. Would advise against using this company for lettings or sales. I wouldn't even give them ONE star rating- but I have been forced to by Google.

I used to rent my house out through Belvoir who were great at managing the property i ended up selling through their sales division, we had Clive as our sales rep who was great at up to date with all the advertising modern 360 house walk through set up for potential clients to look over. We had viewings immediately 3-4 a week up until we got an offer for the full asking price which i can only put down to Clive's sales and marketing experience.

I previously had my flat on the market for a year without any serious bids. I put it on with Belviour and Clive got me a very decent offer in 1 week. I was amazed. The sale has now gone through and it has allowed me to buy a house with my partner, so we are both very happy! Clive provided excellent service with decent listings, great photos and even a 3D video of the flat. He was always there during the sales process to help with any queries etc.

Having now sold my property portfolio, I would just like to thank Belvoir Wirral for the years of support they have given me. They always found good tenants and managed my properties very efficiently. On rare occasions that maintenance was required, Belvoir had excellent contractors on hand that resolved issues speedily. Well done for giving me a care-free service. It's now October and I have bought a large property after selling all my smaller ones. Belvoir found tenants very quickly and offered me the Belvoir Guarantee; my rent will always be paid in full should my tenants default. Their service just got better which is amazing.

I have just moved in to a new property about 2 weeks ago. From the very start belvoir have been nothing but brilliant. We had a couple of problems when we first moved in if no fault of anyone's and belvoir have been very helpful. It has taken some time to get a certain problem rectified due to the landlord and belvoir have been consistent with trying to contact the landlord and communicated well with myself throughout the whole process. We have now finally got the problem rectified and I believe that if it weren't for the actions of the staff at the Wirral branch this problem would still be in play. I can't thank them enough!

I have been carrying out remedial work for Belvoir (Prenton) for a quite some time now as well well as other property management companies. I have to say they shine above the rest in that as well as vetting their Tennants they're also very careful about the landlords they adopt, they're only interested in a fair two-way relationship between Tennant and landlord. It seems to me that as soon as a problem arises and Belvoir are notified they immediately then contact the relevant tradespeople and subject to the landlords consent, all problems are rectified immediately. All of the homes I have attended, the Tennants have spoken very highly of the service they have received. Top Marks To Belvoir ✔

I have been renting an apartment from Belvoir for the last 2 1/2 years. Any issues with the property have been dealt with quickly. Inspections occur every 6 months which are helpful for both myself as a tenant and for the landlord. A couple of weeks ago I left my keys in the property, thankfully after a quick call to the office one of the Agents came straight out so I could get into my home. I was extremely grateful as my young daughter was with me and I was unable to get to the Letting Agency. I would highly recommend Belvoir.

I produce EPC’s for this Belvoir agent on their Landlords behalf so technically I could be seen as biased. However, I deal with a number of different Letting agents and I know a good one when I see it. If I am asked to carry out an EPC, I am provided all the relevant details, Alarm codes /tenant details, but the best thing I experience here, is that if I am meeting a tenant, they actually know what I am doing and why. This takes the pressure off me when I am at the property. I wish all my agents did this; as most of the time when I meet tenants, for some other agents, I have to spend around 10 minutes explain what I am there for and what it involves. Sometimes finding that I have to rebook a job as the tenant didn’t know how long it would take or couldn’t let me into a room as someone was sleeping. Once again thanks for making my job easier

Belvoir was an efficient letting agency to rent private properties from. They made sure that the property was regularly monitored for gas safety with up yo date smoke and carbon dioxide alarms. Problems have been dealt with efficiently and the team ensured a good exchange of information between the tenant and the landlord. Their staff was welcoming and helpful and the contractors employed to carry out repairs were good professionnals. I would warmly recommend anyone thinking of private renting to have a look at what Belvoir have to offer for I am sure you would be satisfied with the service quality and the properties to rent they offer.

Belvoir have been an excellent landlord agency to rent private properties from. Any problems have been dealt with efficiently by helpful and pleasant contractors employed to carry out repairs. They make sure that the property they have rented out to you is kept up to date with smoke alarms and carbon dioxide alarms so no harm comes to you. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of private renting to have a look at what Belvoir have to offer, I don't think you would be disappointed in the team that run it and offer such a good service

Belvoir have been managing my property for about a year now and I am very pleased with the quality of service I am receiving. As a new landlord I found there are many pitfalls and there is a great to learn very quickly. The initial assessment with Belvoir answered all of my questions with experience, practicality, and with a realistic approach. The staff had a very good knowledge of the area and gave very sound advice. This brought a sense of relief that I was renting with professionals focusing only on lettings. Any issues have been dealt with in a very fair manner and emails answered promptly. I can relax and let Belvoir totally manage the property for me and feel totally comfortable with that. They have a full set of tradesman that they arrange to go and do any work for me. Having had hassle with previous tenants Belvoir were recommended by a friend as a reliable, hard working property management company.
