So glad we got there for you Stephen, with the first purchaser deciding not to proceed it was great that we had continued to keep a list of interested parties so we were able to quickly move to another purchaser for you. As I have mentioned to you with your search for a new home we will obviously let you know of anything we think is suitable but likewise please feel free to discuss any other properties you see for advice as our service and advice does not stop just because we have sold for you.

Good of you to go to the troiuble of leaving such a high rating review for us. As you know interest in this new build development was very high and you were one of the lucky ones to get in early and buy off plan.
