GoogleWe just purchase a property which was listed by Wilkinson Partnership. We've found the estate agent Max incredibly helpful, really friendly, and very reassuring throughout every step of the process. We would happily recommend him and the estate agents.
Max started as an apprentice with us and has now qualified and has a great future. Investing in our people pays dividends and it is great Max lived up to your expectations.

GoogleReally fantastic and helpful all the way through the purchase process despite there being numerous problems with our end of the chain. Nadine was very understanding and helpful and supported us to purchase through to completion.

GoogleAll house transactions are stressful, but this one was particularly difficult and long winded. It nearly fell through several times and a big reason that it didn’t is that we had Anita (at Wilkinson’s in Winslow) on the case who is frankly a brilliant estate agent. She managed the process closely and diligently (in comparison to the other agents handling our side of the chain who I hardly ever heard from). It is in many way thanks to a Anita that we now have our wonderful new home. We were the purchasers in this process, but if you are selling a house, you could do far worse in your choice of agents. This house was completely off brief for us, but perfect once we understood it more. Another agent may not have had the ability to convince us to even view it, but she did.

GoogleAlthough we decided not to sell our rental property in the end (due to the downturn in interest caused by the sudden 2nd lockdown), it certainly wasnt due to any fault of Grant's or the team at Wilkinson, Winslow. We found them all to be both professional, hard working, curteous and responsive at all times and provided feedback on a regular basis. We will definitely look to work with Wilkinson again in the future when the time comes to put it back on the market.

GoogleHaving recently purchased a property via Wilkinsons, I can't recommend their services unfortunately. From the start we experienced unprofessional service and unnecessary pressure - our formal offer wasn't shared with the sellers meaning our inclusions weren't agreed to, there was no comms on our agent being out of office meaning emails and calls were ignored, and we received last minute threats to remarket the property on the day of exchange! Overall, Wilkinson made the process a lot more stressful than it needed to be. Steer clear if you can help it!
We are sorry you feel this way, our client has given us a 5 star review. We do accept some details of the F&F were not initially conveyed fully, albeit this was subsequently resolved to your satisfaction. Yes the person you were dealing with was unexpectedly off ill, but the office was permanently staffed and the phones all working. Our clients were frustrated at delays towards the end and as such instructed us to convey their concerns.

GoogleBooked viewing for a property yesterday, traveled 2 hours today, wait for 30 mins for the agent to show up and show me the place only to call them myself and find out that the property was sold YESTERDAY! Outrageous service ! Socking communication!

GoogleVery efficient and informative. From the buyers point of view they gave outstanding service. Buying a property during Lockdown and the Covid restrictions has been a challenge and without the support and professionalism of Grant Crow at the Wilkinson Partnership I doubt that we would have managed to reach completion and subsequent exchange. Grant acted as a very efficient "postal exchange " enabling the relaying of questions and answers between ourselves and the vendors. Good job Grant. Thank you.

GoogleWe bought our new property through Wilkinson’s in Winslow and we were over the moon with the service they provided. Our point of contact was a lady called Sue and nothing was too much trouble for her. She was always available for any questions, responded promptly to all correspondence and fought our corner constantly when we had difficulties with the solicitors in our chain. We would recommend Wilkinson’s and her specifically to anyone and if we move again in the future we wouldn’t hesitate to use them. 10/10 from us.

GoogleExcellent communication from Fiona (Winslow office) from beginning to the end of our sale journey. Her persistence in contacting all parties down the chain regularly to get the sale completed was second to none. When Fiona unfortunately had to be off work for several weeks both Grant and Anita also communicated regularly with us. All in all an excellent estate agent.

GoogleWilkinson’s is a story of two halves. The first half, namely Susan & Catherine are very pleasant and helpful and were supportive throughout a difficult house purchase. However a lot of this was spoilt by the complete lack of customer care and attention by their colleague Andy. Twice we visited their agency and on both occasions it felt like we were intruding. On today’s occasion it was to pick up the keys for our new home. Not only was there absolutely no welcome, there was also no care and consideration that this should have been a special and exciting moment for us. Andy did not know the keys were ready for release. This I could forgive if he had offered us a seat, maybe a coffee and warm welcome and assurance that he would resolve it. But no. We got ignored, we got to hear him being very rude and leaving a rude and abrupt message for Catherine. Once he’d decided he would release the keys we got stomping about the office whilst he searched for them, only to find they were already on his desk. I’ve had better experiences buying a coffee! I left this review on their Facebook page with 3 stars, thinking that someone might have been in touch, but we’ve heard nothing until today when they emailed to ask if we would leave a review. Because of this I’ve downgraded to 2 stars. If we ever come to sell I wouldn’t use this agency.
