We had a pretty bad experience with 2 houses falling through and a lot stress from previous agents but dealing with Caroline and her team was a breath of fresh air! Booking viewings was easy and although at one point we were undecided between a couple of houses- Caroline was never forceful or 'pushy' and was more than happy to organise a second viewing and ask the sellers any questions we had! When our offer was accepted we had regular phone calls and was kept in the loop at all times with progress! Nothing was ever too much trouble! She went above and beyond in helping to chase solicitors and even worked with the sellers to get outstanding enquiries when it felt we were at a standstill. From getting a valuation to the final move, we could not have had better service. Very pleased with the quality of advertising and care taken over Covid with viewings. Caroline was always upbeat and positive after viewings and was genuinely pleased when we had a buyer. Completion took quite a time, due to Covid and pedantic solicitors. Through the whole process Caroline and Jade were always available and helpful. Professional, friendly staff. Sold our house quickly with minimal fuss. Easy to rearrange viewings around work. Think they could’ve been stronger pushing back on our buyers who dropped their price at point of contracts being signed. Big drawback though is their recommended conveyancer Axis. I cannot emphasis enough how truly, HORRENDOUS they are. Don’t use them. Oliver and Lauren have been helpful trying to chase them up and highlighting the issue internally in Bridgfords but it’s had little impact. If we could do it again, we wouldn’t go anywhere near Axis. Not worth the stress and upset.

The team at Bridgfords have all gone above and beyond supporting my partner and I purchase a home which was listed with them. Caroline was always on hand whether at the end of phone or via email to answer any questions which arose or to provide a sympathetic ear when the going got tough which it did on many occasions. It was a comfort to speak with Caroline on a weekly basis to catch up on how things were progressing and we felt she really did have the best interests of ourselves as purchasers and the vendors at the forefront of each conversation. Caroline introduced us to Chris, the Financial Advisor who excelled in dealing with our mortgage requirements having not had a pleasant experience elsewhere. He restored my faith in taking the leap and looking to move home. 100% recommend the services of the Estate Agent and Financial Team, recommending to friends and family. With the end of my fixed term mortgage fast approaching I got in touch with Lauren Jones, the mortgage advisor based on site. I was a bit worried due to the rise in interest rates, cost of living etc and was not looking forward to the experience. Lauren was a consummate professional, putting my mind at rest, talking through the options that were available to me, explaining what the interest rate rises mean in regards to the mortgage industry, how they could effect me and my property and managed to find a re-mortgage agreement for my property. I am very happy with the service and advice provided by Lauren and would definitely use the services of the branch again.
