GoogleWe had the misfortune of a VERY long and protracted Sale and purchase - Martin and Annabel at Elgars were amazing - holding the chain together in extremely difficult circumstances, keeping communication going between the various parties and enabling the process to eventually complete. We can't thank them enough for their personal attention, kindness and professionalism. We thoroughly and highly recommend Elgars Wingham .

GoogleWe used Elgars to undertake a complex series of valuations and appraisals for both residential and commercial properties. This was done professionally and to a high standard, keeping us and our solicitor informed at all times. With an in-depth knowledge of the local area, accountancy and conveyance law they are a company in which I have complete faith and would have no hesitation in recommending.
