Why do I have to wait ages to get my repairs done
Hi Tarek,Thank you for getting in touch. We can see that you had reported a door chain that needed fixing late last year. The contractor marked this as completed, so our team tried to contact you a number of times to makes sure everything was satisfactory, but we were unable to reach you.To date, we haven’t received any further maintenance request through FixFlo so since leaving your review our head of asset management has called to make sure everything is ok with your property. I am pleased to see that we now have a list of works from you which are being seen to promptly.

Hi Khaled, Our rents are based on the local market. We appreciate we're not the cheapest but we feel our rents are in line with the standard of our homes and service. We always like to be as accommodating as we can, so should our resident's circumstances change so we would be happy to look in to other cheaper property types to suit your budget if you would like us to.
