GoogleI cannot recommend Rikki McCullough from Strutt & Parker Windsor enough. Rikki made the process of buying our home an absolute delight - she was friendly and professional throughout the process, extremely helpful and knowledgeable and just an absolutely lovely person to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend Rikki and her services! Without doubt, 5 star. A big thank you to Rikki and the team at Strutt & Parker Windsor.

Sadly our experience hasn't been great with Strutt & Parker.Here is some honest feedback about our experience!1. Promises and deadlines for marketing our property were undelivered2. The photo shoot was that bad we had to appoint our own photographer.3. Once a viewing was booked we'd spend hours preparing our property to look its best and after the viewing we'd receive zero feedback.This was on the selling side only.Ref the purchasingWe were in a chain whereas both properties were marketed by Strutt and Parker. The vendors of where we were purchasing decided they couldn't find anywhere suitable after we'd spent £2500 on legal fees. If this was not bad enough we were even more mortified when Strutt & Parker willingly re-marketed the property just a few months later for £50k more without even consulting us first.This will be costly to Strutt & Parker going forwards as we are property developers in the area, and they could have generated a lot more business from us, however we have gone with another agent who will be selling 5 properties for us in the first instance.

Sophia and Sharnie from Strutt & Parker in Suffolk were exceptional in working with us to find our country house and then get the purchase over the line. Their local knowledge and understanding of the properties we saw was the best I’ve experienced from any agents around the world. With an overseas vendor and in the middle of a covid lockdown they proved excellent brokers and the sale wouldn’t have happened without their input. I hope we are in our house for a long time but if I was ever to sell or looking for something new then they would be my first call, highly recommended!

I'd like to highly recommend Steven Spencer and team from the Strutt & Parker Gerrards Cross office. We had been looking to move home for the past 18 months and struggled to find the perfect property which met our family’s needs. Steven was very patient with us and showed us many different properties. At no time did he try to force a sale, instead he showed us properties which all could genuinely work. Gina has been outstanding from start to finish. It is very hard to find an estate agent that actually fulfils their duties but Gina exceeded all of our expectations and has been so professional whilst applying personal touches to her service.My parents are thrilled and we cannot thank Gina enough and will definitely recommend Her services to friends and family.

We've dealt with Caroline Clark twice over the past year and we are truly disgusted with her manners. Very unprofessional and abrupt, cannot wait to get rid of you!Do not waste your money doing reference checks with her, she's not open and honest about what the landlord will and will not accept. You will pay for the reference only to discover that there's some reason that you can't be accepted as a tenant. Her one-liner emails are very impersonal. She forgets that she's made an appointment for a house viewing and has kept us waiting at a property while she casually drives up without an apology. The worst customer service ever. Disgusting.

Without going into details, we were becoming downhearted and depressed about selling our house and buying a new place. Then, by great fortune we came across Strutt and Parker, and Gina Simpson in particular. Gina has what is nowadays the rare quality of inspiring trust, and it’s the lack of trust that makes house buying / selling so hard these days. From the outset Gina has been positive, and calming when our nerves were shredded. Her advice throughout has been invaluable, and she’s been there for us at anytime, without ever making us feel that we were pestering. We can strongly recommend Gina Simpson at Strutt and Parker.

Excellent service from start to finish. Olivia has been amazing and quite frankly instrumental in facilitating our flat purchase. She is extremely knowledgable about all aspects of properties and has been very helpful in putting us in touch with experts regarding certain areas to get quotes/reports/surveys etc. Based on our experience I can highly recommend S&P and Olivia in particular as she has certainly been very accommodating and always going the extra mile to get things done.

I was extremely impressed with Strutt & Parker Gerrards Cross for the sale of my apartment. David was honest, professional, and solicitous during the appraisal and marketing of the property. We nearly went with Purple Bricks to save us some money, what a mistake that would have been!!Not only was the entire process stress free, with Victoria and team always on hand to answer (unlike horror stories I've heard from other well known firms!), it's fair to say the expertise from Strutt Parker made up for the financial saving AND SOME tenfold, due to being able to market our property personally, to a tailored audience of ready to buy clientele who gained more on our sale price than any basic Rightmove listing could ever acheive.

GoogleWe met Rikki when she showed us round a property we were interested in. Whilst in the end the property wasn't quite right for us, one thing was clear and that Rikki was an extremely professional and great sales person. Having spoken to and met what must be a dozen estate agents over the last 3 months, Rikki stood out as being one of only 3 who I considered to be true sales people. All the rest were mere administrators showing people round. Rikki was there with the benefits, the advantages, saw the buying signals and was ready to answer all questions, all without appearing pushy. In the end we didn't go for the house viewed, but this was not down to anything Rikki did.PositiveQuality

GoogleI have just completed on a purchase of a flat in Windsor and had a very positive experience with Rikki and Jo. I first viewed the property almost a year ago and liked it but had a few concerns but I kept on thinking about it. Rikki and Jo kept me up to date when the price changed and also when another buyer was unable to follow through with a purchase and I eventually made the decision to go for it. As both the owner and I wanted a quick sale, Rikki went out of her way to help us progress, quickly getting answers to my questions and regularly giving updates. The whole offer to move in process took less than a month and I know I made a good choice. GoogleVisited the Windsor office of Strutt & Parker to enquire about the purchase of a property and I was initially very impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of both Rikki and Jo. I subsequently purchased the property and this was due in no small part to the fantastic help and assistance provided by both, especially Rikki. Their advice and guidance proved invaluable in alleviating the many stresses involved with the purchase of a property. My previous experience when dealing with estate agents has been eventful but Rikki and Jo have demonstrated a professionalism and provided me with an amazing experience in what is normally a stressful time. Strutt & Parker (Sevenoaks) have been excellent through the whole sales process of our house. Victoria Rose was professional, considerate and fun to work with. She also helps take away a lot of the inevitable stress when selling your house. Updates were frequent, but not overwhelming and the choice of communicating through phone or text made things easier when too busy or unavailable to make a call. We originally bought the house through Strutt & Parker and now, 6 years later, have sold it through S&P again. Both times we felt we were working with an excellent estate agent who really delivered on their promises. Thank you.

Making life changing decisions cannot be easy - but once we found our dream home I was surprised at how easy everything fall into place with the support of Gina Simpson from Strutt & Parker. Even though we were the purchaser I felt that Gina gave good advice and helped us to stay on track and to realise our dream location. I felt Gina was reliable, honest and a true professional. Strutt & Parker’s knowledge of, and their expertise in, the rural housing market in East Kent is the principal reason we first considered using them for our house sale - and we have not been disappointed in that. Their staff in the Canterbury office work as a strong team and we, as vendors, benefitted from that, particularly in terms of their insights and perceptions. The only minor reservation was slightly slow communication in the early days - but this improved enormously as we got to know them.If we ever needed an East Kent estate agent again S&P would definitely be our first port of call!

We sold a property through the Harpenden office of Strutt and Parker. The help and guidance we received during every phase of the sale, from initial pricing through to completion, was invaluable. The staff at the Harpenden office are all highly knowledgeable and professional, but also friendly and approachable. As a result, the sale proceeded smoothly, despite the interruption of lockdown.Selling a home and buying a new one is normally the largest, most complex and most important transaction of people’s lives. Having the right advice at every stage makes all the difference between success and failure. Sally and her team at Strutt and Parker, Harpenden, were always on hand to give us the benefit of their experience and to offer practical help. They are experts in the Harpenden area market. This allowed us to balance competing considerations in an informed way, and to have a friendly and cooperative negotiation with our buyer. I should emphasise how helpful it is that all the staff in the Harpenden office are familiar with all current and prospective transactions. No matter who was present in the office, we were able to get the information and advice we were looking for, even if we dropped in unannounced. We can not recommend Sally and her team strongly enough. Building a successful team in a workplace is something that is very difficult to do. It all not only felt right emotionally - it was logical and based on data and market wisdom and experience.
