S&P were instrumental in the purchase of our new house. The transaction was really well run by lead Simon Backhouse - responses were timely and constructive and once the deal was struck then a real help in guiding the transaction through to a successful close. if we came to sell then we would have to think very hard about looking further afield for an agent and their area coverage is impressive.

I am continually bombarded by unsolicited mail regarding my house being on the market in Mid Cheshire.The house has not been on the market since 1978 !After last mail I emailed Adam Palmer to desist from sending it. Doesn't seem to have worked as yet again-another one falls on my hall carpet !

We were really impressed with the team at Strutt and Parker, as a purchaser they helped navigate our offer and negotiation. We asked for help on a couple of other aspects and it was immediately forthcoming and their recommendations of a quality that matched their own service. I hope we aren't in the market again for a while but if we were we wouldn't hesitate to instruct this team.

GoogleWe’ve recently sold our house through S&P Windsor and are very happy with the service provided by Jo and Alex. It’s far from the easiest market in which to make a sale and I don’t think our house would have sold without the active nurturing they did of prospective buyers who were all well screened. We were also impressed with their proactive approach during the conveyancing process. Very happy to recommend them.

I cannot compliment Strutt & Parker (Salisbury) enough. They were professional from start to finish. Our move was not an easy one, with a long chain and it was the sheer hard work, determination and confidence of the staff that meant we got the deal done. I would not hesitate to use Strutt and Parker again and I would definitely recommend them to anybody wanting to sell their house.

Wouldnt do any work with this firm in the future. Took months to pay a small invoice for works carried out at one of their managed properties. Kept asking to change the invoice address, all squabbling between each other who's department had the authority to issue payment. Complete circus full of clowns.

Their service was superb, right from actually being keen to understand what kind of property we wanted (and therefore not wasting out time viewing properties we would never buy), to helping us through the buying process. GoogleIt’s the first time we’ve used Strutt and Parker, I don’t think they covered Windsor before; but it wasn’t the first time we had Jo working on our sale and purchase, we know her from previous transactions. She was excellent, acting as orchestrator, diplomat and shoulder to cry on through a complex and laborious set of transactions in a difficult market. We would unhesitatingly recommend her and Strutts.

I showed Interest online about letting a property owned by Strut and Parker but the phone manner of the agent immediately put me off. She treated me like I was hugely inconveniencing and was just down right rude. Noped out if that and they just lost my business! This was in oxfordshire
