TrustpilotOne of the BEST I have been with
Redwoods Estate agents are probably one of the BEST agents I have been with by far. I first had the pleasure of speaking with Matilda who was just amazing, so kindly spoken & understanding...soon i was put through to their AMAZING referencing agency...who were equally brilliant in their field of work. I have had the pleasure of speaking to Nimi, & Catriona ... these women are so professional, hard working & always there for you. I would NOT hesitate to rent or buy from them, being a professional interior designer for over 2.5 decades i have come across ALOT of agents...but Redwoods gives a person hope, respect, a fighting chance to those who need it ... & that is why they deserve 5 stars 🌟 & above from me. I wish them n9thing but the best! Thank you all, I wish you keep up the good works!. Zakyy x

GoogleMy husband and I instructed Redwoods in the sale of our home in Old Windsor. We're both in our 80s and found the thought of moving home extremely stressful. From start to finish, Catriona and Nimi helped to remove much of this stress by providing a highly attentive, professional service. In particular, we were impressed and grateful for the way in which Catriona and Nimi managed the buyer's expectations of an extremely quick completion in light of our particular circumstances. The communication between Redwoods and our conveyancing solicitor was also outstanding. We have no hesitation in providing Redwoods with a 5-star recommendation.
Hi Julia Thank you for your kind review. We wish you both the best of luck in your new home. Nimi & Catriona.

GoogleNimi at Redwoods was great to work with. Always happy to chat, even with me calling all the time to check on the progress of my sale and to help me chase people. I spoke to her so much I feel like we are friends now. I’m so glad I purchased through Redwoods as had some bad experiences with another local estate agent. Not that I think I ever will but if I do sell my property I will definitely be calling them. I would totally recommend Redwoods to anyone as I’m sure you’ll be happy with the service
Thank you, Chris for a lovely review. Hope you have a great weekend.

GoogleRedwood represented the landlord from whom we rented our property for three years. The team has always considered the interests of both sides and resolved all ongoing issues promptly and professionally. They are also always available to give useful advice about everything in the area, which they undoubtedly know better than any other agency. If you are looking to rent or buy property in their operating area, they would definitely be the best choice. Over the years, we have had experience with several agencies, including a couple of nationwide ones, and our choice is definitely with local professionals.
Thank you for your review. Best of luck in your new home.

GoogleVery unprofessional! First viewing on Saturday and they turned up without keys for the room which I requested to view. Reschedule for today and they didn't turn up at all! Also promised to send pics and speak with the landlord to answer my questions as you can imagine this never happened! Very disappointed...

GoogleI would highly recommend Redwoods for anyone looking to rent or buy. They have been very helpful whilst dealing with a sensitive situation. I would have no hesitation using or recommending Redwoods to family and friends. Good quality properties located in beautiful historical areas.

GoogleWe sold completed Dec 2020. Outstanding service from start to finish. Couldn’t recommend Nimi and Catriona highly enough. We had listed our property numerous times over the past few years with various estate agents, namely chains. The service we received from Redwoods was amazing compared to the dreadful service from the chain agencies. Redwoods is run by Nimi and Catriona so they really care, and are so dedicated to selling your property and making you happy. The larger chains don’t care. They have high staff turnover and lose interest if your property doesn’t sell itself after the first 6 weeks. This isn’t the case with Redwoods. They make it a mission. We were very very happy with the service we received, and would never use anyone else again in the future. We also saw how Nimi helped both ourselves and our buyer with our solicitors which were painfully slow and uncommunicative. Nimi didn’t stop right till completion. These ladies work their socks off, it’s their business so they really care, and work all hours to keep you happy. Don’t use anyone else - seriously !!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleNimi and Catriona at Redwoods have set a new standard in Estate agency. Selling and buying a new home is an extremely daunting and stressful process. But they made this process stress free and put our mind at ease every step of the way. Understanding our needs better than we did. After viewing many other properties with other estate agents we found our dream home with Redwoods. We decided to market our property with Redwoods too (that was one of the best decisions we made). Redwoods managed our sale and ongoing purchase. Communication was excellent and I was able to text or phone outside of normal working hours. Without the Redwoods team there to guide and support us I doubt we would have successfully moved at all! Now we’re in our dream home and Nimi and Catriona were instrumental in making that happen. I would like to thank all the Redwoods team for making our dream come true. They were all very patient and went the extra mile every step of the way. If your thinking of buying or selling I highly recommend Redwoods.

GoogleWe would have no hesitation in recommending Redwoods Estate Agents of Old Windsor, to anyone wishing for a personal, trustworthy and honest service. Having lived in her home for over 55 years, we were concerned about the whole process of our Mother selling her property and moving on to a new home. However, we could not have chosen a better Estate Agent to assist with the marketing and conveyancing process. From the first meeting, Nimi and Catriona were full of enthusiasm, friendly and professional, instilling confidence that they would be able to achieve a good result from start to finish. A buyer was found without delay, and it was great to be able to speak to them whenever we needed, to follow the progress and address any concerns. We were so pleased to have chosen Redwoods and would definitely use their services again.
