The very best Estate Agents

I'd like to highly recommend Steven Spencer and team from the Strutt & Parker Gerrards Cross office. We had been looking to move home for the past 18 months and struggled to find the perfect property which met our family’s needs. Steven was very patient with us and showed us many different properties. At no time did he try to force a sale, instead he showed us properties which all could genuinely work. The end result was that we moved in to the perfect home and are extremely grateful to the Steven and all the Strutt & Parker. The experience was amazing!Best regardsMr & Mrs Gill

My parents made the decision to sell our family home of 40 years and after being recommended we instructed Gina Simpson from Strutt & Parker to orchestrate the sale. Gina has been outstanding from start to finish. It is very hard to find an estate agent that actually fulfils their duties but Gina exceeded all of our expectations and has been so professional whilst applying personal touches to her service.My parents are thrilled and we cannot thank Gina enough and will definitely recommend Her services to friends and family.

Caroline Clark disgraceful attitude.

We've dealt with Caroline Clark twice over the past year and we are truly disgusted with her manners. Very unprofessional and abrupt, cannot wait to get rid of you!Do not waste your money doing reference checks with her, she's not open and honest about what the landlord will and will not accept. You will pay for the reference only to discover that there's some reason that you can't be accepted as a tenant. Her one-liner emails are very impersonal. She forgets that she's made an appointment for a house viewing and has kept us waiting at a property while she casually drives up without an apology. The worst customer service ever. Disgusting.

Recent house purchase

Without going into details, we were becoming downhearted and depressed about selling our house and buying a new place. Then, by great fortune we came across Strutt and Parker, and Gina Simpson in particular. Gina has what is nowadays the rare quality of inspiring trust, and it’s the lack of trust that makes house buying / selling so hard these days. From the outset Gina has been positive, and calming when our nerves were shredded. Her advice throughout has been invaluable, and she’s been there for us at anytime, without ever making us feel that we were pestering. We can strongly recommend Gina Simpson at Strutt and Parker.

Excellent service from start to finish. Olivia has been amazing and quite frankly instrumental in facilitating our flat purchase. She is extremely knowledgable about all aspects of properties and has been very helpful in putting us in touch with experts regarding certain areas to get quotes/reports/surveys etc. Based on our experience I can highly recommend S&P and Olivia in particular as she has certainly been very accommodating and always going the extra mile to get things done.

The Best In Gerrards Cross

We nearly went with Purple Bricks to save us some money, what a mistake that would have been!!Not only was the entire process stress free, with Victoria and team always on hand to answer (unlike horror stories I've heard from other well known firms!), it's fair to say the expertise from Strutt Parker made up for the financial saving AND SOME tenfold, due to being able to market our property personally, to a tailored audience of ready to buy clientele who gained more on our sale price than any basic Rightmove listing could ever acheive.

Making life changing decisions

Take the stress out of moving

We commissioned Stutt & Parker to sell our lovely Victorian house recently. The tone and positioning of the Marketing was right on point for this part of the market something we had fallen down on with previous agents. The quality of potential buyers was top notch so no time wasting and the communications from Simon & Jane gave us confidence that we were in good hands with some tricky negotiations needed at times. We've exchanged and look forward to moving soon, I've already recommended their services to one of my clients. I don't recommend people to my clients unless I know they have equally high professional standards. House selling doesn't need to be stressful if you're in the right hands.

I used S and P partly because they…

I used S and P partly because they offered the highest price estimate and partly because I knew that, as a large company, their contacts to the likely markets were strong. Overall, my experience was good. The marketing material was high quality. I thought that there was an underestimation of my home's principal USP ie granny flat. There was lots of talk of multi generational living but that missed the point: grannies need to be on the ground floor. My other observation is that I thought S and P were far too slow to return staff after the first lockdown when business cleaaly picked up. That was UNFAIR on the remaining staff of whom too much was asked and not a good advert. I was grateful to Rozanne as manager particularly in the latter stages of both the sale and purchase.

DREAMS REALLY DO COME TRUE

We saw a very beautiful house at a difficult time for viewing with the virus. However, we found Strutt and Parker staff to be very understanding and knowledgeable and they made an appointment and as we had travelled a long way we were extended more time at the property and were able to take many photos. The Director of Kent was especially helpful and supplied us with photos of parts of the house where we had forgotten to take them. He was helpful when we made an offer and pitched our offer at the right level which was accepted. Throughout the conveyancing process he held our chain together with great skill and patience and thanks to him and his willingness to communicate with all parties involved including solicitors we managed to see the process through to a wonderful and successful conclusion where all parties were happy. We are indebted to the Strutt and Parker staff for their considerable experience which made a stressful process bearable. Many thanks for such an early Christmas present to all at Strutt and Parker but especially Edward Church and all his staff proving that dreams really do come true. Fantastic from start to finish

We couldn't have asked for a better service than the one we received from Oli and his team at the Exeter office. They sold two properties for us (5 years apart, second one has only just exchanged contracts). Both times Oli worked tirelessly to facilitate communication between all parties. His humour, patience and approachability made an extremely stressful period far more enjoyable and I was so grateful for his support. We met Rikki when she showed us round a property we were interested in. Whilst in the end the property wasn't quite right for us, one thing was clear and that Rikki was an extremely professional and great sales person. Having spoken to and met what must be a dozen estate agents over the last 3 months, Rikki stood out as being one of only 3 who I considered to be true sales people. All the rest were mere administrators showing people round. I have just completed on a purchase of a flat in Windsor and had a very positive experience with Rikki and Jo. I first viewed the property almost a year ago and liked it but had a few concerns but I kept on thinking about it. I subsequently purchased the property and this was due in no small part to the fantastic help and assistance provided by both, especially Rikki.
