I agreed to rent an apartment, paid deposit and supplied references. had already booked moving company - everything took a long time and already had a sense they were trying to let the same apartment to someone else (probably willing to pay a bit more) - they did not have the decency to give me a call but instead send an email saying the apartment had been rented to someone else. Thanks Savills for wasting my time

Unfortunately. The phrase most often used by the "negotiator" who was nothing like a negotiator. Every email began with the word and every phone conversation ended with it. So unfortunately for Savills we decided on another property. A fitting end to a dismal relationship.

Tenant’s requests are ignored, repairs are not easily made, only high rent costs are paid and the level of professional cleaning they used is also very poor. Anyway, a huge disappointment and terrible !!

They are great value for money and we currently let two properties through Savills. We would wholeheartedly recommend the Windsor Team to prospective landlords. GoogleVery unprofessional agency - they do not care about clients. You can leave them your details, but no one will call you and offer you any options. You yourself will beg them to sign you up to view the apartment. Completely non-customer oriented staff.
