It was a pleasure to deal with the Hamptons team. They were a perfect blend of friendliness combined with a professional approach. The whole team knew the details of our house and were confident when conducting viewings. We always received prompt feedback and good advice. Laura, the manager, made us feel confident and ensured we were well informed. We noticed every member of the team arrived early in readiness for the viewing and were always well prepared and immaculately dressed. Special thanks to Samantha for her enthusiasm and enduring love of our dog Winnie, Helen for her hard work on our behalf and to Lauren for closing our sale.

Lauren in particular and the rest of the sales team I dealt with at Hamptons Maidenhead when looking for my next house were professional, proactive, flexible, and timely. Lauren made every effort to understand my needs and share advice, knowledge and put properties forward that demonstrated that she had listened to and acted on the brief. I would like to provide feedback for our Property Manager Danish Ashraf who we have worked with for over 8 months. He has a very friendly open manner , is easy to get hold of, very responsive and is very understanding of a landlords needs and perspective. He is very professional and experienced in his field. He remains calm under pressure, can be assertive when necessary, is very organised and you can rely on him and trust that he will get things done. He takes control of things for you , is constructive in finding solutions and making helpful suggestions in order to get things done. He is a good communicator keeping you informed on what’s going on at all times , and has a great sense of humour!

I have been a client of Hamptons in Reigate for many years renting out my semi furnished property. I am extremely satisfied with the service. Their staff are very attentive. Athena and Jessica do an outstanding job at finding the best tenant for the property and ensuring the whole rental process goes smoothly. And similarly once rented property management presently handled by Conny has been really excellent, making sure that any issues are promptly reported and then get fixed. So all in all I can highly recommend Hamptons.

Removal of Canting Tree Close to Shed and Fence

We had struggled to find someone capable/willing to remove a large canting tree at the very end of our garden, next to a shed and a fence. Mandy Dorta thought outside the box and managed to achieve this through someone, quite rightly, she thought could achieve this. If the tree had come down it would have caused serious damage but Mandy Dorta was proved right as the chosen person did a very difficult job very well, especially given the lack of parking outside the house. Thank you Mandy.

We've had a really good experience with Hamptons. Our property manager, Harjeet Kaur Arla was exceptional throughout our tenancy. She was always very kind, professional, and incredibly responsive whenever we had any issues. During the busy end-of-tenancy process, she was particularly helpful, promptly providing cleaning company recommendations and ensuring we received the urgent letter we needed for our son's school application. Her support made our move-out smooth. Highly recommend her, and Hamptons.

Danish has been very efficient and reliable in managing matters during our tenancy. We recently had an issue in the apartment, and he immediately contacted the landlord and proposed a practical solution. Thanks to his sound judgment, the landlord accepted his suggestion without hesitation, and the problem was resolved within three days. He also follows up to ensure matters are properly resolved and has made the process straightforward for us as tenants. His support as a property manager has been much appreciated.
