Luke is a lovely young man, very knowledgeable and came prepared with a couple of issues to the property with certificates, quotes and also answered every question. There was no sense of urgency to rush the viewing. It would be great if all agents were like Luke.

FacebookI Would not recommend Chancellors, I have lost all faith in relations of customer services and branch representatives, there has been nothing but hassle since the start, I am now being invoiced energy bills when I never even moved into the property (Chancellors mistakes), I have had un answered emails!! And was given a contract that wasn’t even possible to proceed with. Hope this review helps others as the past four weeks has been nothing but stress.

The frustrating experience of dealing with a tenant who hadn’t paid rent for 4 months and an accounting team who hadn’t chased the debt, contacted the guarantor or provided an account statement during the period. I was most frustrated when calling the area office. However, Rebecca answered my call and listened to my issues, heard my frustration and took the time to agree a course of action. Not only did she accurately outline the situation, advise what steps she would take to gather the information and committed to contacting me with updates. To be called back with an update was most refreshing and unusual having previously left more than 5 messages for a manager and not receiving a call back.

GoogleI had a few house viewing arranged with Chancellors and I must say the amount of hard work and dedication spent by The Chancellors is commandable. Alex was my host for property viewings and I must say he was very warm welcoming. He was really interested, curious and attentive to get our feedback on what we liked in the house and what we didn't like so eventually he can customize our viewing and work for our preferences and that can also be more helpful in getting our dream home. I must experience very useful and one of the best while working with Alex (Alexander French).
