FacebookI have the pleasure of working with the Sunbury branch on a regular basis and I am impressed with their consistent efficiency and professionalism. I am particularly impressed with Scott, Daniel and Karl who are always doing their best to assist me in my daily tasks. They are friendly, approachable and I trust them to always deliver good leads.

FacebookWe had a fairly shaky start to our relationship with Chancellors. More recently, however, Mary Hughes at the South East Property Management office has been our point of contact and she has handled the recent change of tenancy very well. We're more than happy with the prompt and courteous service she provides. We'd certainly recommend Chancellors as Management Agents.

FacebookAll in all chancellors have been very good and helped me a lot in moving property. I just wanted to mention a member of staff called Jodie Lancaster. She has been an absolute joy to deal with, very knowledgeable and her customer service is spot on. Chancellors are a great company to use to help you move property.

FacebookI have been dealing with chancellors in newbury and Declan Hartigan has helped me throughout my whole property search. He was great, always replied instantly to my emails and was very professional throughout the whole search for rented accommodation. FacebookHad a wonderful recent experience with chancellors while purchasing a property. I have been updated regularly throughout the process. Jonathan Breen dealt with this case and he has been great and spot on with all the chase ups with solicitors and promptly kept me updated. I wouldn’t hesitate to use chancellors again. Thank you.

FacebookVery poor estate agents, takes ages to arrange viewings, agents don’t know important details about the properties so just talk about themselves the whole time, the lie about market interest in properties to try and rush you into a decision, will be avoiding and properties for sale that they are the agents for

FacebookTried to sell my flat with Chancellors. They made all the promises in the world, however in reality it seems that Chancellors would be incapable of delivering a newspaper, let alone selling a property. Total lack of communication and inability to talk to each other. Well that's 9 months of my life wasted-thanks Chancellors!

FacebookI was interested in some properties rang local branch for info they didn't know it and said someone would ring back but nothing tried Monday no luck again rang again this morning yep will ring back bit again nothing what a rubbish company wouldn't use them to sell my million pound home

FacebookCraig from the thatcham branch has been dealing with my sale, he has been extremely helpfu! Nothing has been to much hassle for him. He has done a lot of chasing for me (slow solicitor). He always returns my calls within the hour and is very knowledgeable. Thanks again Craig !!

FacebookThe worst Estate Agents I have ever dealt with in 10 years. So unprofessional and no one seems to have the slightest clue. I am constantly chasing for updates and reports that are outstanding. I am confused as to what I am paying for. Would definitely not renew my contract.
