She could not have been more helpful and supportive when it seemed that our sale might stall. The office staff have always been very efficient and really seem to understand the trauma of moving house!

GoogleWe have been looking to buy a place in the Langdale valley for sometime and when the right one came up Janet and the team were so helpful in making the purchase happen. There were quick responses to any questions and a no nonsense approach which was very much appreciated. I am very pleased that our house came on the market with Fine & Country Lake District.

GoogleF&C acted for the vendors of a property we’ve just bought. They were extraordinarily helpful to us as buyers. Nicola C. Went above and beyond in chasing all parties to push the purchase along, making sure issues were resolved and our queries answered. We were up against a deadline as our rented property was expiring and Nicola was just as focused as ourselves on hitting the date. We were frankly astonished at how helpful she was. Fine and Country have just sold our house in Wales. We found their service excellent. Gareth conducted the viewings and always informed us that he was there ready for the clients viewing. He also gave us feedback directly after the viewing. He was always professional, positive and polite. Fine and Country Wales also used a company ASAP who followed through with buyers and both parties solicitors. This kept us informed daily at the progress of the sale. I could not recommend Fine and Country enough. Excellent service, excellent people. Thank you.

GoogleI found the team, especially Jenna, to be very helpful and friendly at all times. We did a viewing with them and after giving the agent feedback about what we liked and didn't like he suggested we view a property just coming onto the market that week. We viewed it the same day and found it was perfect so put in an offer the same day. Our offer as accepted, and we have now moved into the perfect house.

I have been pondering completing this review for several weeks and have now decided that I really ought to do so. We instructed your agent Pip Holden to sell our property for us in August 2023, I actually sought her out as we were very impressed with her professionalism when she showed us around another property previously. Let me say first of all that Pip is very personable and I persuaded my husband that we should use her services.

GoogleIt was our initial meeting with Jack that gave us complete confidence to let F&C handle our sale, the whole team were quick and very professional to create the marketing and brochures etc needed, a buyer was found from the first viewings who has now completed on the purchase, we would like to say a special thank you to Nicola who has been there for us throughout the process, great communications and keeping negotiations positive

GoogleWe have been dealing with the team at Fine and Country Windermere over the last couple of years, more recently selling property for us which has just sold. Matt,Jack and Jenna have mainly dealt with us, right from the beginning they were really easy to deal with, kept us regularly updated on interests in the property etc and lots of updates after viewings. The property has just sold within 6 weeks of the offer, all ran so smoothly. Couldn't recommend them enough. Amazing service

Frightening and traumatic experience: When I got back to Brocco on the Park, a Fine and Country hotel, at 1.30am, sober, after attending a 50th (the reason for my stay) the door was locked. No one answered the phone, nor my knocking at the door, or the doorbell. After many panicked attempts, including calling my husband and waking him up to ask for help, I called my friends whose party it was and got a cab across town to sleep on their sofa. I had very little sleep. At least I had somewhere to go. The hotel had a night porter, but he must have been sleeping on the job. Also they were supposed to give me a code for the door, which they did not do. I was cold, tired and afraid to be stranded on my own in the middle of the night. My essential medications along with the rest of my carefully packed belongings were in the room.
