GoogleMy buyer needed to complete quickly, with Christmas closures looming, but there were lots of details to sort out. Jon from Saville's stayed thoroughly on the case, and managed to get it done in time. I'm pretty sure this sale might have been lost, w/o his high level of ongoing care and management. GoogleI've moved around a lot in my life and there are very few estate agents if any that I recall. Debbie-Anne Taylor from Savills made a lasting impression. Not only is she knowledgeable about the properties and areas she also comes across incredibly empathetic to what finding a property means - that it is about finding a home during a time when lots of other things are usually also in transition. A genuinely lovely person.

The agent, Haley Prescott, was always responsive to our enquiries, called when she said she would and helped bridge the gap between us and the sellers. I would thoroughly recommend her and if we ever contemplated selling our house she would be the first person i'd call.

GoogleAn exceptional level of service- Savills were absolutely brilliant at arranging the sale, but it was at the point AFTER we had an offer accepted and the sale was proceeding that they truly showed their worth. It was a difficult chain, with issues elsewhere in the chain (ie not with our direct buyers) but Savills worked ceaselessly to keep things moving, to ensure the sale went through as planned. Highly recommended.
