🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We had an excellent experience with this estate agency from start to finish. They helped us find our dream home and made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and perfectly managed! Katherine and Kate were consistently professional, responsive, and clear in their communication. Every question was answered promptly, and we always felt informed at each stage. We genuinely felt we were in safe hands with Katherine and Kate. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive team 🫶

As a tenant, I had a great and stress free experience with Katherine and her team. I am elated that I got most of my deposit back on leaving tenancy. I would suggest every person looking to rent to go through P&S inventory first before approaching other Letting agents.

I have been a tenant for nearly six years through Purdie and Swan and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The team have looked after me so well over the years and have always been on hand for any help I needed or questions I had. I highly recommend them and definitely the best lettings and property management agency in the Winchester area.

Purdie & Swan looked after our rental flat in Winchester for many years. Katherine and her team did a wonderful job for us; finding great tenants, looking after the property and sorting out any issues as they arose with calm professionalism. They are lovely people to work with and good at what they do. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property in the Winchester area.

Purdie and Swan have been managing my tenancy for nearly four years, and they have been courteous, helpful and professional throughout this entire time. They have responded to problems with the property very quickly, and my conversations with Katherine, Kate and Claire have always been met with politeness and good humour. It is been a pleasure letting through them, as they have been fair throughout and I have been able to place my trust in them fully as a letting agency. Many thanks to the P&S team!

Purdie and Swan have proved to be every bit the go-to rental/lettings agency… & a thoroughbred outfit in my experience. With a friendly, local, independent vibe, P and S delivered with not just genuine friendliness & a personal touch, but with efficiency, professionalism & panache, making the potentially stressful rental process, a seamless, relaxed affair. Any issues or requests are always dealt with on-the-bounce, while nothing seems too much trouble for these guys. Any denizen of the Winchester area should make a note to self right now; ‘look no further than Purdie and Swan if searching for a destination rental & lettings agency… they’re every bit the dream-ticket outfit’. Thank you to a stellar (with a capital ‘S’) team… Katherine, Kate & Rob.

I would recommend Purdie and Swan. They`ve successfully let several properties for me and I`d say they`re much easier to deal with than some of their larger rivals. You will receive an efficient and professional service combined with an in-depth knowledge of the local area/market.
