I found Hamptons staff were professional and efficient in the way they handled my tenancy. Camillie Solomons, Standen House office, was especially helpful in the way she completed matters.

Disgraceful, marketing properties at Old Bellerbys Cottage, Wadhurst Place, Wadhurst with known defects and safety concerns. Safety last approach.

Thank you for leaving us a review. Unfortunately we have no record of working with 'Old Bellerbys Cottage' and are not currently marketing Wadhurst Place, albeit we were several months ago. We are not aware of any safety concerns within the building nor were we involved in the development process, so are unfortunately unable to assist. As we have no further information, we would advise you contact the developer or your managing agent should you have concerns. We apologise we are unable to help further as we have no current involvement but do hope you are able to find a suitable resolution.

Hampton Property Management Services.The management of our rental flat is handled by Lucy Desborough at Hamptons. She is always responsive when queries are raised by the tenant or ourselves. Issues are sorted out before they become problems. We are very satisfied with Hamptons's management service.

Hamptons have been managing a 2 year let of my property. Annual inspections and safety work have been conducted promptly. The one occasion where a repair was required was dealt with promptly and at a very reasonable cost. Thanks team!

My experience with Hamptons is excellent especially as I am an overseas owner. I reply very much on their service to follow up issues with the tenants, the neighbours and the block management.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
