While we have had some trouble with Hampton's in the past, we are giving 5 stars purely due to our new property manager Alex who resolved a blocked drain outside our flat (causing flooding) as quick as possible. He really want the extra mile calling several different companies to find someone who could help us immediately and was polite and friendly despite our relentless messaging about the issue. Thanks, Alex!

Been waiting for over a month to get back my deposit, after renting a property serviced by Hamptons for over 3 years. Very disappointed with the service, avoid !EDIT: another month has passed and I still haven't gotten my deposit. Poor customer service!

GoogleThe Hamptons team in Winchester are professional and polite and they know their market well. At the time of selling our property I always felt that I could communicate with them regularly, by email, phone or by dropping into their Winchester HQ for a chat in person. While the selling process took a while longer than we had hoped, which is often the case in rural areas, they found sound buyers that proceeded to purchase the house. Hamptons were also marketing the property that we purchased so we could see how they operated on the side side of the ladder. Fortunately they remained professional and allowed us to secure the house of our dreams. We would use them again and would be more than willing to recommend their services to friends or family.

GoogleWe found Hamptons had an excellent understanding of our preferences regarding the marketing of our property for sale. Immediately we experienced well qualified viewings including frequent second viewings. They kept us regularly updated as to interest levels and key milestones in the sale at all times in a very friendly and professional manner. They communicated well with us and gave us time to discuss any questions or queries we wished to make at the various selling cycle stages. They were very experienced as to what was happening across all the parties involved. The whole team in this office from management through to sales and administration worked as a cohesive team and showed their professionalism at all levels. We also found Hamptons very honest in their comments and approach and they demonstrated high integrity towards their clients in both the selling and purchasing domains. They are very proud of their brand, awards and reputation and this shows through. We would definitely recommend as a first choice Hamptons Winchester to family and friends and to other potential sellers and puchasers.

Daniel Johnson at Hamptons contacted a company to investigate a problem with the washing machine at one of our rented properties. They made their assessment and Daniel advised us to let the repair company carry out repairs to the machine rather than replace it. This was a much cheaper and environmentally sound option.We are very pleased with the outcome.

The team at Hamptons were always quick to solve problems and ensured we had a constructive dialogue with our landlords. We had a problem with lack of heating shortly after we started renting through Hamptons. Rebecca in the Cirencester office was really helpful: she called first thing and made arrangements for it to be sorted out straightaway, and the problem was fixed within a few hours. This was excellent service and makes me feel confident about the management of any further queries in the future.

I must mention Alec Fry, Senior Associate in particular. He was wonderful at advising and guiding us through the whole process.
