She kept in contact with us throughout the duration of our search, ensuring that we were always kept up to date with new properties coming to the market. Indeed, she made sure we were the first clients to view our current property, offering us a weekend viewing before it even came to the market.
Sharon has continued to offer advice and guidance in relation to our contract (even though the property is managed by our landlords) has always been available and happy to answer any of our queries. Sharon is friendly, reliable and has an excellent knowledge of the local area. She would be my first port of call for any future property searches and I would highly recommended her.

I have used Hamptons both for a sale and rental. The sales team In Alton Hampshire were awful. They disregarded my instructions, were patronising and rude to me and liaised with the buyer without informing me. Some of their actions behind my back almost collapsed the sale. I felt pressurised to accept an offer. The whole experience was something I never want to repeat. In terms of the rental, they refused to problems with the property despite repeated requests and then charged me for the repairs from my deposit. Absolutely dishonest.

Gareth was very helpful with our initial enquiry of selling the property and quickly and professionally got everything sorted out so we could market it promptly at the price we required; Christopher then showed potential buyers around and always gave us thorough feedback after a viewing and once a sale was reached was very good at communicating what the buyers wanted us to consider leaving in the property and agreeing a price for those items. Tania was an amazing force of organisation and communication between our solicitors and the buyers solicitors to ensure the exchange and completion process stayed on our agreed timescale. I would highly recommend Hamptons as a company who will make selling or buying a property as pleasant an experience as possible.
