GoogleCan sombody in Google please wake-up and check out these 'local guides' because they all seem to say the same, and are diametrically opposite to the general consensus of the reviews that Cala Park is worse than Beirut! - Me thinks somebody's been flashing the £££.

GoogleYou’d think they’d want to talk to you and sell a home. But honestly, I got the impression they don’t need to. It’s appointment only. First red flag. Second red flag? The sheer size of the development. I’ve seen several major housebuilder sites over the past couple of weeks, but this one felt different. Massive. Oddly impersonal. Onwards, but not to Cala, and not to this “development.”

GoogleCala Homes refused to allow the building of a new hospital in Kings Barton according to HHFT. They will build hundreds of houses and cram people in charging extortion rates for tiny abodes, but won’t give back to the community at all. Unethical, unscrupulous and classless leaders. GoogleToo small and non-affordable at over £400 for 2 small beds, tiny kitchen with a huge fridge freezer, no adequate cupboard space and work tops. A tiny garden with no washing line. A washer dryer in the hall. Who is that for? It's a pied-a-terre, too small for one, let alone a couple.

GoogleIs this the ugliest estate to be built in Winchester so far? It looks like the architect took inspiration from the little red houses in Monopoly. The first houses have been lived in for several years but the roads are still unfinished. It looks like it will be a building site for a few more years yet. The main road is set to be diverted through here! What a crazy idea.

GoogleWorst people ever a pop up tent is more reliable than the homes they build I have had 2 leaks windows drop and fall out of place all the time only been here 2 yrs nearly oh and if you live in social housing you get treat like dirt by builders and the staff on the phones

Someone plonks down a whole pile of basic, ugly, exactly the same boxes in uniform lines, with no aesthetic appeal whatsoever, and they are getting likes on this site. Looking at the development, you do ask yourself how the planning authority came to permit the development - I mean, what planet are they on? Was it really all above board?

GoogleThe staff were friendly and the showhomes were really good. The area is nice and open. However, the house prices are incredibly high.

GoogleVisited a young friend in her lovely new flat. Great development with great views from the flat windows. If I was young, I'd love to live there. Could do with a shop/local grocery/pub
