We had an excellent experience with Savills in Wimborne, particularly with our selling agent, Emma Gerret. As buyers based in the USA, nearly all of our communication took place via WhatsApp and email, which could have been challenging, but Emma made the process smooth and reassuring from start to finish. She was consistently clear, timely, and proactive in her communication, ensuring we were always well informed despite the distance and time difference. Emma kept everything moving efficiently and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Her professionalism and attention to detail gave us real confidence throughout the transaction. We would highly recommend the Savills Wimborne team, and especially Emma, to anyone buying from overseas or needing an agent who truly excels at communication.

After a year of fruitless trawling on rightmove, a phone call with Emma Gerrett at Savills was just the tonic we needed. Her knowledge of the East Dorset area was incredible and she really listened to all of our requirements (and tales of woe!). Covering a large area, we didn't have to go over the same old thing with multiple offices. The houses suggested were beautiful - all in the ballpark - and the long, attentive viewings helped us focus on what we really wanted. Although we haven't found the house of our dreams yet, we are still working with Savills and I feel confident that they will get us settled very soon.
