GoogleVery disappointed with the service that we received. By chance we found a property that we really liked, and it ticked all off the boxes for us. We spent two weeks initially trying to get an answer on its availability etc, and were forever chasing Dorset Lettings and leaving messages that were not responded to. We were told that the landlord had agreed the offered rental price, only a week later to be told that in fact he hadn't. When we finally got to the point of completing the application, we were sent an email letter requesting a months rent as a holding fee which was fine, but at the same time told that Dorset Lettings could deduct monies if the agreement did not go ahead for whatever reason, without our control, and we had to sign to agree to this. Why was this not mentioned before?... Very disappointed potential clients.
