Annabelle, Susan and Simon were brilliant, Winkwkorth acted as the agent when we recently sold our home and I couldn't have been happier with the service they provided. I sought valuations from quite a few different agents and many would turn up with comparables on a piece of paper with a value already written on the top, without having even stepped foot in the property, but Winkwkorth didn't do that. The came in and really got a feel for the property, noting all the little detail before valuing our home and understanding where it sits in the market before they valued it, which was really appreciated as it was a bespoke property and winkwkorths sore he true value where other estate agents didnt. After every viewing I would get detailed feedback and they would follow up with the viewers soon after viewing. They were proactive from the get go in getting people through the door and our buyer was eventually someone from their books who had sold their home via winkwkorth.I will be using Winkwkorths again. I received excellent initial advice from Simon Jacobs and we had an enquiry the moment the house was on Rightmove. The photos taken of our property showed it in its best light and were done with a normal lens, not a wide-angle, so that prospective buyers get to see what it is really like and are not disappointed when they view the real thing. We had a lot of enquiries in what could be described as a difficult market with the announcement of a general election generating wariness. Jim Heroys followed up with good advice during the negotiating stage and I also received great support from the rest of the team in the Marlborough office. I am sure that Winkworth achieved their objective by pleasing both the buyer and the seller.
