To the reply on my review,
You’re now saying I was been abusive towards your staff? I have a recorded phone call to which I notified Zoe it was been recorded. She went on to say 2 excuses which was not acceptable and now she is lying saying I was abusive.
I have contacted trading standards regarding the service and discrimination that’s has been received by Alan slater properties. I will also be forwarding the Recording of the call to trading standards.

It is not and never has been acceptable for our staff members to be subjected to foul and abusive calls from anyone, when simply carrying out our clients instructions.

GoogleJust called to ask about a property, I was told it was available, I explained my circumstances and asked if I could I view today, he said no, fully booked I'm afraid, I said okay no problem I'll look elsewhere but before I finished my sentence he hung up. He had no idea I have 2 successful businesses with employees in the north and south of England and could have rented all of his properties in one go, incredibly rude, 1 star is too high a rating.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleI haven't tried to use this company. My comment is about where they place their for sale signs. A sign appeared near my property on the main road in an awkward position knowhere near the property for sale. I asked Alan Slater to move the sign and grudgingly he said he would. Nothing happened so a week later I asked again. I was told it had been done at great expense?? But of course nothing happened. I am very disappointed with this company.and this gentleman. As I have been ignored I would give this company no stars but the site wouldnt let me so I have to give it one star.

GoogleIf I could give 0 I would. We were told before moving in that the redecorating would be done and the flooring but it wasn't, when asked about it after they said it wasn't needed as it was done 6 months ago. The lino in the floor was missing chunks, carpets in the bedroom had frayed and come apart, wall paper was peeling in every room and holes in every inch of the walls. The kitchen sink had parts missing so that the water leaked when turning on the taps and we had to buy some piping to fit it ourselves, the boiler didn't work when first moving in which was fixed however all our other concerns were ignored. The radiators didn't work properly so when the heating was on it still didn't warm up and we were left in the cold for 6 months. Left as soon as our contract was up and would never use them again! We had originally asked to view it again once work was done but they never gave us the opportunity.
