Would recommend Zoe/Red Deer without any hesitation whatsoever. A long, awful, drawn out 6 month chain, with solicitors leaving, indemnity insurance issues, cancelled movers and the rest. Despite this Zoe was there to help at every stage. From initial visit we knew we had found the perfect estate agent. Zoe knew the area, respected our cottage, valued well and presented it superbly. 3 other "big name" estate agents valued our property ( 7 miles outside Bridgwater) but had no idea - they valued between £100,000 and £170,000 LESS !....seemed unless they had a street of identical properties to base their valuation on, then they had no clue !..SOLD at virtually asking price to third viewers. Zoe continually went above and beyond, sorting many issues that were not part of her remit but got us over the line a week before Christmas. I WOULD RECOMMEND RED DEER 101% AND FREELY PERMIT ZOE TO PASS ON MY EMAIL SHOULD ANYONE WANT TO VERIFY MY REVIEW.....

I would unreservedly recommend Zoe and team. They were quick and efficient throughout the sale of my Mum's house in Williton. So good to be able to deal with a knowledgeable local estate agent in the village. Zoe was able to help recommend an excellent Solicitor for the conveyancing whilst we got probate on the estate, saving potentially long delays in the sale.

This company has without doubt saved my sanity. Our property was placed on the market at a very reasonable price for a quick sale with another agents March 2020. Red Deer came along in September asked if they could help and sold it by today, but did get 2 other buyers between then and now, who messed them about somewhat and today we completed 3rd time lucky. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they were all very efficient, especially Zoe, who had most of the dealings with us, but also the other staff who leaped into the breach whilst Zoe was on holiday this week.
