From first meeting Lauren at Distinctive Homes when viewing what has become our new home, to when we decided we were also going to sell our house through her, she’s been an absolute star! We originally had another estate agent in mind to sell ours, but once Lauren had been round to do a valuation, she easily convinced us of the quality of Distinctive Homes photography and how involved she would be in the selling of our house, that it was an easy decision to make. We’ve never regretted this, and can honestly say that from buying two properties before that Lauren has been hands down the best estate agent we’ve ever dealt with. We’ve never known anyone as involved, or pro-active as Lauren. She keeps you updated on everything and if you’ve got a query or looking for some advice, she’s always available and will get back to you promptly. We’re not planning on any future move soon as Lauren has sold us a wonderful house, but if we were there’s zero doubt in our mind that Lauren at Distinctive Homes would 100% be the only agent we’d consider and we cannot recommend her enough!

We previously had our house up for sale with a high street agent which didn’t sell, we chased for feedback but unfortunately it was very poor. We moved over to Distintive Homes and what a difference.
