I have found Fine & Country to be very good. My house was a large house which took over a year to sell , but the whole time the advisors were on the case and kept it high profile to find the right buyer. In particular, Nicky, Chelsey & Georgia were all very efficient , friendly and lovely to deal with . They came back to me promptly , when I knew they were probably very busy and connected up the parties to ensure everyone was well communicated with. I can highly recommend Fine & Country and would definitely use them again in the future.

As a buyer dealing with Fine & Country, I found communication and overall coordination during the transaction to be frustrating and often unclear. Updates were inconsistent and at times I had to chase or seek clarity on matters that I would have expected the agent to manage. Given the premium branding, I expected a much more joined-up and proactive experience. I would strongly recommend exploring other options before using them.

Highly recommend. Fine and country offer a unique service of pre marketing properties to their qualified buyers before they go to the open market. They successfully found me a buyer during this period with an above asking price offer meaning we didn’t need to go to Rightmove. The professional video and photos really showcased our home to its full potential. Nicky Moss was our sales progressor. We had a few stumbling blocks along the way and she was nothing short of brilliant in keeping us informed and keeping things moving. A credit to the team. Thanks to all involved

Beverley Robins showed us, as prospective buyers, a house which was on the market. We have looked at many houses, many shown by agents and the quality of showing varies massively between agents. However I would give Beverley 10 out of 10; she had obviously taken time to learn about the house before showing it, she had arrived before the appointed time to turn on lighting etc; listened to our comments and was able to add further information, could answer all our questions in detail, had keys for all the doors- bifold, shed, garage (some agents do not, so are not able to show the property fully). On top of this Beverley is a very personable, warm and friendly person, a credit to Fine and Country .

Victoria has been our 'go-to' resource when it came to moving recently, often going way above and beyond by responding to queries even out of hours and whilst on leave! Although of course this level of service was not expected it was of course very welcomed and ensured that at all times we were kept updated with any progress. It's fantastic to work with Rachel and Hannah. They worked with us during the buying process for our house. It was not an easy job to buy a home, and it was tough; however, Hannah and Rachel were always there to help answer any questions. We were out of the country, and they continued to call and update us on our house. They were on time on the first visit to the house and provided all the necessary information. Fine & Country's service is certainly worth the fee. They go over and above the service with excellent communication skills. They reassure and talk you though what can be a stressful process. They always get back to you in a timely manner, unlike the other estate agents I have recently dealt with. It all really matters to them and they help with all sorts of issues which are clearly not within their remit. They build relationships with people that are trustworthy and continued to help and reassure long after their role with my house sell was finished often answering calls out of hours and at weekends. Again this has proved frustrating with other estate agents. Actually cost wise it ends up being value for money as their fee is only slightly over other agents but their relationships with an excellent recommended solicitor also mean that things move very swiftly ensuring other costs are kept to minimum. Nicky has been amazing throughput our house purchasing process. Nothing was too much trouble. When we were waiting on the sellers solicitors to resolve a query, she was reassuring and we managed to get to the bottom of the issue on the phone. She has a lot of experience and a wealth of knowledge. When things went a bit wrong at the last minute she worked hard to try and get to the bottom of it as quickly as possible with the sellers. Thank you Nicky for all of your help 😊 Georgie was absolutely lovely too. When my husband initially rang up Georgie answered the phone and my husband found her really personable. When we went to view the house a second time after our offer was accepted she didn't rush us. She knew a lot of information about the house and was so genuine. We asked if we could keep a couple of things on the Saturday viewing and she confirmed it all on the Monday with the sellers. Thank you Georgie!

Fine and Country have just sold our house in Wales. We found their service excellent. Gareth conducted the viewings and always informed us that he was there ready for the clients viewing. He also gave us feedback directly after the viewing. He was always professional, positive and polite.
