From our very first meeting, Ben impressed me with his knowledge of the property type and his willingness to carry out additional research whenever needed to ensure the process ran smoothly. Throughout the entire sale, Ben provided practical, honest, and helpful advice, guiding me through every stage and always taking the time to explain what to expect next. One of the biggest advantages was having a single point of contact throughout. Ben personally conducted all viewings and spent considerable time familiarising himself with the property, meaning he was always able to answer questions confidently and accurately. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Ben kept me fully updated, was always approachable, and made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and manageable. He also introduced me to some excellent contacts, including recommendations for conveyancing and my EPC, both of which proved invaluable. Although my sale was chain-free, Ben continued to stay involved and monitor my onward purchase, providing support well beyond what I expected. He even visited the property before completion, collected the keys, and personally greeted the new owners. Having recently completed on my own purchase and had to collect the keys myself from another estate agent, I can genuinely appreciate how much easier and more welcoming Ben's approach was for everyone involved. We encountered one minor issue during the process, but Ben handled it brilliantly. One of the best agent i have ever used. Ben was fantastic with everything, from the day he came to visit my property, he was so precise in giving me the best valuation of the property. We both agreed on the terms and i had nothing to do, he did all the viewings, and always updated me with the outcome. He kept me in the loop on everything. Honestly, i had nothing to do and he made sure the property is safe and secure after every viewing. He was there till the end of the process when the property got sold, again, kept me in the loop with everything and gave me updates for each and every step for the sale of the property. Ben was in contact with Solicitors and other estate agents to make sure everything was going to plan. We enjoyed a process which could have been a nightmare.
