GoogleJohn and Lisa have gone above and beyond as estate agents and I honestly cannot thank them enough for their support. They are both down to earth and very professional in their approach. As someone who is on benefits and unemployed due to chronic health conditions (plus an emotional support animal), it hasn't been easy to find somewhere to rent. But with John and Lisa, I was able to find where I live now. Blessings to the both of you!

GoogleRegal have been fab with my sale and purchase sold my house within a week of being advertised and even when the buyer pulled,out they advised to put it back up for advertisement which then sold within the day of being put back up. Always there to speak to whether it be on Facebook or phone. Very professional and fees lower than any other estate agents we have seen. Great staff and Lisa made us feel at ease when first deciding to put our house on the market. Thanks a lot

Googleboth myself and my daughter have rented through regal. we have found them to be most professional and decent agents. John Mr regal himself will go out of his way to help and assist in any way possible. Lisa is approachable and will go above and beyond. I can not find fault in any thing they do I highly recommend regal agents wouldn't go with any other agent.

GooglePoor service for buyers. Lack of communication through Regal Estate on behalf of Seller & Buyer almost resulted in a lost purchase. Despite frequent requests for information regarding completion timings, locations non were provided or indicated. Even now the completion is far from complete as property deeds are not yet provided. The property was even vacated with the front door key being left on the mat behind the front door posted through the letter box, not a very good practice with regards to security of a property. Not quite the service you would expect.
Good morning Mr Cookson, We appreciate constructive feedback from our customers, however, we feel that your comments are unjustified and inaccurate. We have a full audit trail of telephone conversations and emails throughout your purchase to and from our sales team. The completion dates, as with all estate agents, have to be agreed and confirmed with you, by your Solicitor (this was communicated to you). The deeds, receipts and guarantees etc are not something that an estate agent would get involved with after completion, this is between both sets of Solicitors only. We are committed to maintaining our excellent service levels, as shown in all of our previous reviews and will be in contact with you directly to discuss your comments further.

GoogleVery unprofessional, moved valuation appointment forward with less than an hours notice, refused to enter premises until our dog was removed to the garden, even though it was raining heavily, stated that their valuation process was based on four elements, including square footage, but no attempt made to take any measurements, digital or otherwise. Promised to telephone by 4 to advise us of value of property, instead got a text at 8pm to say value calculated, would ring in morning ( why they couldn't release the value by text rather than phone is beyond me!) 10.30am following morning still waiting. .....

GoogleReviewing for my daughter, who had an appointment to view 139 Ormskirk Rd at 3pm on Sat 10th Feb. Regal called her in the morning to check she was attending, which she confirmed; having taken the day off work to travel the 30 miles to Wigan. She arrived on time but Regal didn't show. After we spent 20 minutes waiting for them in the sleet with a toddler, she called them and was told "sorry, the property went in the last hour." Despicable service and communication, and, as a multi property professional landlord myself, indicative of why I don't use letting agents.

Absolutely awful customer service.Had a viewing booked to view a property and no one turned up, when I rang the office they said it was under application and potential viewers had be called. I was never called. I had taken time off work to view so a total wasted day. The lady on the phone could offer no explanation other than “I don’t know I wasn’t in yesterday” if an apology had been given I would be okay with this but no concern or apology is just awful customer service! I would avoid if you don’t want to waste your time

GoogleReally glad we chose to use regal they use all the current ways of advertisement including Facebook. The for sale sign was up within 2 days of signing the paperwork and everything else was ran smoothly. Very professional staff, will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

GoogleRegal have been brilliant, having lost both our parents in a short space of time last year, putting their house on the market was an emotional time for my sister and I. Lisa and her colleagues have been more than helpful, very professional but caring at the same time. The house was sold within three weeks and is just coming to the end of the process. We would highly recommend Regal.
