GoogleI was not happy with Martin Bond auctions when buying a boat through them. Once they got the money for the 'administration', which was a lot considering they didn't do much, they immediately stopped caring and were very unhelpful. Their website was poor and we had to keep calling them as we couldn't place a bid. Heather Bond also ended the call without listening to me, when I was still trying to ask some follow up questions, after they were not responding to my emails. They only care about their commission and not about customer service. I had to chase them several times to send me a written confirmation as promised, which took much longer than it should have. I would avoid these auctioneers. *** After the review my partner received an unwanted call from private mobile number and they were claiming they don’t know who I am, even though I communicated with them via phone and email during the purchase!

GoogleAVOID AT ALL COST!!! Tried to sell my house quickly to move abroad and wanted finances quickly. Spoke to Martin and he sounded reliable and professional however he charged me for the legal reports then a couple of days before auction he withdrew the property. He also didn't advertise it at all and used the basement as the starting photo. No front view or back view. I wouldnt use this company if I wanted to sell my house. BECAME ABUSIVE WHEN I INQUIRED ABOUT WHY MY HOUSE WAS TAKEN DOWN.

GoogleWe didn't have to go through a process of an Auction as a buyer snapped the house up straight away so we really cannot comment on this very much, although everyone involved in our process from start to finish could not have been more thorough, thanks to all involved.
