GoogleI've just moved in to a property through these guys and they are brilliant!. Very friendly, professional but personable at the same time. I've had a couple of minor maintenance problems in the first week but that's to be expected and they have had contractors out within 24 hours. Contractors are friendly and also professional. Thank you to all the team. :)

GoogleOmg I can not believe what they have done with this cruel unprofessional idiots!! Imagine I am almost there now for my booked property viewing, and they rang and said you don't need to come as we agreed with another tenant.. I am really disappointed 😞 I will never ever contact them again, please people do not waist your time with them they are useless..

GoogleWe are due to leave our rental property after five and a half years very shortly. We have found Carolyn and Healy Simpson to be very good agents and very helpful whenever any issues have arisen during our tenure. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone else who wish to rent a property through them or have one managed by them.

GoogleLovely, until your downstairs neighbour starts inviting every drug addict from Wigan around for all night raves, then starts threatening to kill you and setting fire to things and trashing the place in the middle of the night. At which point, you go into their office and they say he's harmless because they're friends with his parents. 👍
