We would 100% highly recommend Addison's estate agency. From the first meeting, Helen listened and understood our needs. She immediately gave us the confidence that we were in capable hands and that she completely understood her market. Communications were excellent throughout the whole process between us and the team at Addison's and they always went the extra mile for us. A great agency with a fantastic team.

I've moved a few times and had varied service in the past, but found Addisons in another league altogether! Attentive from the outset, they showed that they really do care about their customers, with nothing being too much trouble. (Always surprised when I had calls returned after hours). Totally professional in the advice they gave, which avoided me rushing into accepting the first offer that came along, and instead helped me get a better buyer. I can't recommend Helen and Dawn highly enough!

First time we'd moved in 25 years so following a bit of research it appeared that Addison's was the estate agent getting most of the plaudits in Orrell. This proved to be the case; our house was priced right, marketed well and between us we presented the property favourably to viewers. Even when the the first buyer couldn't proceed and we had to start again a sale was made within 5 hours of the the first couple pulling out. Very happy with the result and the support after the sale had been agreed. Thanks so much for the help on our journey.

My wife and I have been landlords for over 10 years and used many letting agencies in the Wigan area to manage our properties. We can gladly recommend Addisons Estate Agents. Helen and Dawn really do take care of you and take the aggravation out of letting property's. Mainly they do what they say they will do in a time you would expect. Thanks Guys.

I have just completed on the sale of my property and can honestly say Dawn and Helen have been amazing from start to finish! Its fair to say its been a long process, over 18 months, and they have been there every step of the way. Always free for help and advice, always keeping me updated and their impeccable service is second to none. Having dealt with every other estate agent through this process, mainly to arrange viewings etc - nobody else compares to Addisons. A huge thank you to both Dawn and Helen

We used Addisons to sell my Dads house following recommendation from my son and his wife who found the service to be excellent when they moved house last year. From our very first meeting with Helen we knew we had made the right choice. Helen and Dawn showed such sensitivity and made the process so much easier for us. They worked so quickly to get the house details into a brochure and took all the pressure off us in terms of arranging viewings through to accepting an offer on the house within a very short space of time. We are so pleased we used Addisons and would recommend this service to anyone else looking to buy or sell their home. Thankyou 😊

In my recent experience Addisons are excellent estate agents! They handled the marketing & sale of my property earlier this year and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Their prices are reasonable and their service excellent. (Please bear in mind that I’m not generally a fan of estate agencies!).

Helen & Dawn we’re recommended by a family friend & certainly lived up to expectations. They were polite and friendly on first meeting, and made the whole process extremely easy. They were able to support me from living overseas in making the process simple and efficient whilst also reassuring me every step of the way. I would certainly recommend their services and would definitely use them again myself in the future.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Addison’s. Dawn and Helen provided exceptional customer service, always responding to my emails quickly and efficiently. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that the sale was completed on the exact date I needed. Additionally, their recommendations for local solicitors were spot-on and made the whole process much smoother. Highly recommended!

I have used Addisons on a number of occasions for Selling Property and continue to do so for property rental management. The service levels at Addisons are simply the best and are a measure for all other estate agents to aspire to. Attentive, thorough, driven, focused and personal are a few words that spring to mind. I would use no one else - CONGRATULATIONS TO HELEN and all at Addisons on the WIN for Best Letting Agent at the British Property Awards. Well deserved and just echos my previous positive review

As a landlord of multiple properties we deal with various estate/letting agents and i understand Addisons getting a marvellous and well earned accolade as both Dawn and Helen could not be anymore professional and helpful in their dealings with customers. i have toyed many times about moving our other properties into their management but have felt that as they are well out of the local vicinity it would probably not be beneficial to us and Addisons which is a real shame as their service is second to none and they definately go the extra mile compared to our other agents. so congratulations on them and hope they achieve more success.

Everyone at Addisons have been amazing with both our sale and purchase of a new property. We weren't the easiest customers but everything was met with nothing but a desire to help us and understanding of what we wanted. Would highly recommend.

Helen and Dawn have been absolutely brilliant throughout the sale of our property. We had buyers within a day of the house going on the market and an offer the following day. Since we no longer live locally, we were concerned that the logisitics of selling a property from so far away could be challenging. Not a bit, Helen and Dawn took care of all the issues that would normally have involved us having to travel up to Orrell, kept us up to date every step of the way and made the whole process smooth and uncomplicated. I can only say that Addison’s are by far the best and most helpful estate agents that I have experienced and can thoroughly recommend them.

Helen and Dawn truly are the dream team. They looked after our rental property for a number of years and when we decided to sell we wouldn’t consider any other agent to deal with it. They always provided a professional and friendly service. Thanks for everything, I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.
