GoogleLooks like I'm about to burst a 5 star bubble. I saw a new build flat for sale with this agent on Zoopla. I requested a viewing. I was then bombarded with questions regarding my status on the market. I gave as many details as I could, making clear that I was interested in new build flats. I was then asked for a budget. I answered clearly and precisely at 1pm. I then got sent 5 property details at 3pm which were not flats. I replied that I didn't want details of bungalows, and that she should listen to what potential buyers wanted. She then emailed that she had sent the details before I had said no bungalows. Uhm. That's a lie, how stupid to say 'before ' when clearly it was 2 hours after i had made a request for flats only. I then got a stroppy email asking ne when i could view the original flat. Breach of confidence here, I don't think so.

Thank you for your comments Neil. We endeavour to arrange property viewings at earliest opportunity, but in some cases we are reliant upon the availability and/or decisions of the vendor. Where this is the case, we will return the call once details are confirmed or at least keep applicants up to speed with progress until viewing arrangements can be finalised.
