GoogleI have had many issues with Azure over the years. I pay a very high service charge for which nothing gets done. There is black mould everywhere in the communal areas, they refuse to get issues paid for by the insurance policy which clearly says they are responsible.
There is no communication unless they are asking for money - which is frequent.
Terrible for property owners. Do not use.
****UPDATE*** Azure's response to an on going situation where black mould is still everywhere and a leaking roof has caused serious damage.

We’re sorry to hear you have had issues and are concerned that you have felt it necessary to write a negative google review. Azure Property Consultants have replied to you on numerous occasions. As a long leaseholder of a flat in a building Azure manage, you are required to pay service charge for works and services required at the building. No one likes paying this, but without payments, works and services cannot be provided. In respect of the proposed works to the common areas, we have already advised that contractors have inspected and told us they anticipate starting work in the 3rd week of January. We have now been told that they are starting the works today.16th Jan. Where works are due to an insurable event, we do notify insurers and process claims. Claims have to be valid and we do forward to insurers to decide where we have sufficient information to do this.

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant. Was so helpful from beginning to end. I've been pregnant through this process so its quite stressful. There was even a point that I thought i was going to miss my court date last minute and Wes was so helpful ensuring I made it and helping with what to do. I've learnt so much about this process and couldn't recommend these guys enough.If I had done it alone, I would have surely wanted even more money and got done in by the court system and dodgy tenants.

GoogleI have tried to deal with Azure recently, Brian Chatfield looked at my property and took my keys, now he has disappeared and will not communicate whatsoever.
I have tried to call Azure on a number of occasions and they never answer the phone, I suspect they have gone out of business, although if they have not then they are most definitely a business to avoid.
