We met with a clueless agent at a viewing which was unable to provide us with any useful information about the property. She said she will get back to us and answer the questions shortly after but it never happened, it felt like she just wanted to get over with the viewing and get on with her day. Very unprofessional. Her name was Kirsty. Won't be using Beal's again.
