We were very impressed by the service provided. Lily was easy to talk to and I felt very confident selling our property with her onboard. It was easy to communicate and I was kept up to date as to how the sale was going.

Shelby and Taylor were truly amazing throughout the rental process. They have made our move to the city possible through being flexible and ready to solve any issues. Shelby has always quickly replied to many of questions we had, even in those times. I certailny recommend renting with Beal's!

Fantastic service from start to finish!Punctual, reliable and honest staff especially Lucy who we mainly dealt with. Nothing was too much trouble for her and when I got a bit stressed she sorted everything out and reassured me. Would definitely recommend Lucy and Beals!

Beal's made selling our house a fairly reasonable and clear process - we were recommended them by our mortgage broker so didn't go out of our way to compare/contrast. They sold the property, then buyer pulled out, but they acted quickly to secure a new buyer and helped negotiate as fast a completion as possible.

Beals was extremely helpful from the word go, from my initial contact to my viewing, to actually moving in they were all lovely and very helpful when I had questions. Especially, Natalia who I must have called 3 times the day before moving in to confirm odd bits and bobs, and she was patient and helpful the whole time.

Very pleased with service provided. Plenty of enthusiasm in getting people to view house resulting in quick offer for it. Also used their preferred solicitors who were very good and didn't charge us for conveyancing on first chain when it fell through. Would certainly recommend Beales to anyone.
