Brett at the North End office

I had my house on the market with another estate agent for some time, with no communication and no effort to market my property, prompting me to change to Beal's. Brett was very helpful and honest and marketed the property at the correct value. Within a day of putting the house on, he had lined up several people to view and this continued throughout the time it was marketed. The communication was excellent and at a level I appreciated( no constant sales pitch, just good and honest feedback) and in my preferred method of e mail. I was selling my house remotely whilst I was out of the country, and the team worked hard to support the sale throughout this time. The easiest experience I've ever has with an estate agent and I cant thank Brett and his team enough.

Lauren from the waterlooville branch…

Lauren from the waterlooville branch has been super great and helpful. Myself and partner are first time buyers and viewed a house with Lauren. She was brilliant and answered all of our questions and went out of her way to find out answers for us as well as we were unsure on all processes being first time buyers. Unfortunately wasn’t the right home for us but cannot fault our experience with Beals and just how helpful they were!

We couldn’t fault Josh Rahman’s customer service. He gave us his number and was so easy to contact and liaise with. When I was busy at work he was quick to text reply back, gave me a call when he felt he need to to make the process faster and smoother. He was very well informed with the property he was showing us around and gave us all the information we needed and asked for. He also made the process very smooth and gave us the right Guidance as first time buyers.

Very Good Service from beginning to end

I advertised my house for sale through Beals in June 2021 and although my first buyer fell through, I quickly received another offer which has now just completed after only a couple of months. I dealt with Daniel Back who was very efficient and kept me up-dated at all times and also recommended the solicitors to me and a realistic price that I should be advertising at. I was also very impressed with Nancy who took the photos and Lucy who dealt with a short-term tenancy agreement for me. I will definitely use Beals again in the future.

THANK YOU! We cannot thank Lucy enough for the hassle free sale of our house. Beals we’re great through and through and would most certainly use them again, all because of Lucy. Her knowledge and experience, along with her fabulous personality made selling our family home stress free. At the time, what we were buying fell through so she helped us with renting somewhere to see the sale go through. I was also very emotional about selling the home and she couldn’t do enough for us.
