GoogleI recently sold my house thru Balmoral Estates and feel the need to express just how efficient they were!
I did not know either Stephen or Claire before hand, so there is no history or "back -story".
From valuation to completion Stephen was honest, accurate and softly blunt: with humour, thankfully!
Claire was always on top of any recent developments regarding my sale and astutely calming.
Buying oy selling can be complex, painstaking and at times stressful, but neither made me feel that a further contact was an inconvenience.
After having met Stephens father a couple of times in the office, I quickly deduced that the "master" had successfully passed on his traits of honesty and integrity; lovely dog also!
I firmly believe in giving credit where it is due and only wish my onward purchase had been in such capable hands,,,,,, Whitehead and Islandmagee are gorgeous places, you work well together!!
Keep up the good work~ Paul Bagnall, somewhere in Donegal.
