I recently sold my house thru Balmoral Estates and feel the need to express just how efficient they were! I did not know either Stephen or Claire before hand, so there is no history or "back -story". From valuation to completion Stephen was honest, accurate and softly blunt: with humour, thankfully! Claire was always on top of any recent developments regarding my sale and astutely calming. Buying oy selling can be complex, painstaking and at times stressful, but neither made me feel that a further contact was an inconvenience. After having met Stephens father a couple of times in the office, I quickly deduced that the "master" had successfully passed on his traits of honesty and integrity; lovely dog also! I firmly believe in giving credit where it is due and only wish my onward purchase had been in such capable hands,,,,,, Whitehead and Islandmagee are gorgeous places, you work well together!! Keep up the good work~ Paul Bagnall, somewhere in Donegal.

Fantastic organisation. Stephen and staff will definitely look after should you be buying, selling, renting or even saving with Progressive Building Society. Why not save in a Help To Buy ISA and get a little bit of help from the government when you are buying your house. Terms and Conditions apply but Stephen and his team will help you.

Really good estate agents. As potential buyers looking in the area for a property we found Claire in the office and Steven the agent great for advice and guidance. Patient, knowledgable and really good at their roles. We found a lovely property, thanks to their efforts.

Great estate agents. Helped me immensely buying and selling several properties over many years. Would not hesitate to use them again should the need arise.
