Exceptional service! I rented with Halls and as someone that has moved a lot, I can safely say they have been the best estate agents I have dealt with. Sarah is fantastic and made renting through them a delight. For the get go the communication was quick, consise, informative and friendly. Over a period of months I have had contact with a number of Estate Agents, as I have sought information on various properties and viewed others. This has provided a mix of experiences, largely ranging from mediocre to poor. We tried to purchase a property through Halls. The vendor was an older person who had been in the house for over 40 years so not familiar with the current moving process. Despite an offer of help filling out forms, the vendor insisted on doing it themselves. Whenever we chased, Halls told us not to rush them. After visiting the house 3 times but never having been able to access an outbuilding we requested another viewing before the move date. We were told that we'd already had more viewings than usual when it was difficult to find a suitable date for the vendor. When we got to the stage of pulling out of the sale, we received an angry and abusive phone call from the manager. We only received an apology after making a formal complaint. Very disappointing.

I sold my house in Prees using Simon from Halls Whitchurch. From the moment we engaged their services to completion the service we received was exemplary. Simon was engaging, proactive and responded with information and progress reports within minutes of any request. I had an issue with the first buyer which only came to light as a result of Simon’s dogged determination to discover what was going on.
