GoogleDavid and the team have been fantastic. I was selling a property but did not live locally to it-they dealt with any issues that arose & put me in touch with anyone who could assist. I would highly recommend using them especially if you are selling a park home as they have an in-depth knowledge of that market compared to other estate agents.

GoogleMany thanks to David and his team who sold us our bungalow in Garsington 11 years ago, managed it when we rented it out to tenants and then sold it - completed today. David has gone way beyond the call of duty and been friendly and helpful throughout - even going out with an electric drill to fix a curtain pole when we couldn't get there to sort it. He has excellent local knowledge if you want anyone to do work on your house. The team in the office have always been very courteous and pleasant too. We definitely recommend Wheatley Estates. Thank you for brilliant service.😄

GoogleWe had a great experience buying a house marketed through Wheatley estates. David was endlessly helpful through what proved to be quite a complicated purchase. His tact and honesty through the process made us feel like we knew what was going on at all times and it felt like he genuinely had both the vendors and our interests in mind. To my mind a good estate agent is part negotiator and part mediator and Wheatley Estates fulfilled that role perfectly.

FacebookDavid was wonderful with every aspect of the selling of my mother's house. As I live in the US, during the pandemic and its lock downs, he kept me well informed as to when I needed to get back to the UK to clear the house for the new owners and I so appreciated that as it was a very stressful time. He was professional, courteous and honest in the whole process and so helpful when I got there and had to quarantine and right up to completion day helping me to read the meters in a very old house! GoogleAs executor to a will I was left with the unenviable task of selling the property of the deceased. I decided to sell the property using the services of David Martell at Wheatley Estates. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and honesty from the start and throughout the sale of the property. There were difficulties and hold ups within the chain which was frustrating but David was the catalyst which finally saw completion of the sale. GoogleMost agents would disengage with a seemingly cursed sale that took as long as ours did. But not Wheatley Estates - specifically David - who stood by our side whenever things went wrong and took on all manner of tasks to get things back on track. A real above-and-beyond level of care and service. We'd have been lost without them.

GoogleA local agency I highly recommend. I rented 2 flats in Wheatley with them for 5 years and it was a smooth and trouble-free experience. Properties they offer are of good standard, well-kept and in perfect working order, with no hidden problems. A nice family-like atmosphere of a small company, quick reaction times to any questions and problems, and a fair approach to inventory checks are the areas in which Wheatley Estates excels in comparison to other agencies, especially the bigger Oxford-based ones.
