GoogleIf I could give zero stars, I would. Oracle based in Weymouth is by far the worst property management company I have ever dealt with.

Google⚠️ AVOID ⚠️ This amateur, incompetent small outfit who are stealing money from landlords and tenants. Having rented for many years in London with highly reputable Letting Agents, Oracle are without question the most incompetent, unprofessional, disorganised and entirely incapable of property management, because they employ kids straight of school who have absolutely no experience in property management who are inefficient. Similarly to solicitors, they will employ the method of Profit by Procrastination. My only advice is to avoid them, as like me you will regret having any contact with them, as they are Rogue Agents who have had the audacity to pass on fees to tenants, when they have failed to arrange for the correct tradesmen to carry out repairs in the first place. BEWARE, as they are incapable of ensuring utility bills are settled prior to the start of a tenancy, and then attempt to pass those bills onto new tenants. This is a Not Fit For Purpose small business that I would NOT recommend under any circumstances. ⚠️
