If you’re a seller and you’re footing the bill then I bet they’re fabulous. As a buyer though, we found them to be polite and attentive right up until our offer was accepted by the seller. Then they were reluctant to communicate with us. They were pushy at every point just after the offer was excepted trying to get us to use their mortgage broker and solicitors etc. We politely declined serveral times as we had our own mortgage sorted and solicitor, they probably realised they couldn’t make any money out of us, I’m sure this added to their change in demeanour. This was in April 2020 and I’m glad to say we have completed, yay! I’m happy I don’t have to talk with them anymore, it definitely took the sparkle out of buying our home. I certainly won’t be using them again either to buy or sell.I even had to create an account on trust pilot to share my experience with others as it was that stressful
