I cannot rate Meyers Estates highly enough, I would rather put 10 stars. I had been searching for a lovely family home for months to no avail. Meyers stepped in and found me the most beautiful home for us within a short space of time. Their level of professionalism is bar none. I was warmly welcomed into the office and they understood my needs perfectly. The level of honest communication was impeccable and we are now settled into our wonderful home. Amy took care of everything promptly and in a friendly open way. Mark Meyers and Claire his lovely wife made getting the keys and move in day very special with their family run way. I was disappointed to have to deal with so many different people in the branch. I understood that Tom Bell would guide me through the whole process but this was not the case. I appreciate that people have time off work but I must have spoken with all of the staff in branch at one time or another. The fiasco of the initial photographs was unfortunate to put it mildly and then to be told,as if it was my fault, that the photographer had to return 5 times before I was satisfied with the photograph of the front elevation. If he had listened to me in the first place, and looked at the photograph taken by the representative of Mayfair with her mobile telephone there would have been no need to waste everyone's time.However, all the staff were very pleasant and helpful and, with some provisos I would recommend your company.
We are sorry to hear of your poor experience Tina, we would hate for any of our clients to feel this way when purchasing through ourselves. We can't speak too highly of the excellent and very professional service we have recently received from the team at Meyers estate agents, Poundbury. When we asked them to value and sell our house for us Tom and other team members showed a really positive and caring attitude from the start and then kept us well informed all the way through. The advice Tom gave us proved to be sound, and produced great results. Following a successful sale he then provided good advice and help regarding the purchase of our new home. A great bonus is that they are available 24/7! They were also very sensitive to a personal complication we had! They go above and beyond to secure the sale of properties. I have bought and sold quite a few houses and I have to say Meyers are the best Estate Agents I have used. Low key and not at all pushy but still giving excellent service with regular updates. If I did have to contact them they had the answers I needed or if not came back very quickly. Very friendly and professional team, just hope now I've said this they don't let me down on my forthcoming sale. Well done Meyers.

Currently am letting my property through Meyers.I can highly recommend this company for the way they have managed my property. They have taken away all the stress normally associated with letting.Problems are dealt with quickly and efficiently.I would particularly like to mention Amy . Always cheerful , polite and businesslike. It’s never a trauma to answer the phone from her . I have used other agencies but they do not come close to the peace of mind Meyers provide.Many thanks !

Buying and selling a property is always challenging. Meyers however provide a different experience. From the beginning when Henry took the details of our property, through Joe and Harry carrying out the viewings and Mark the director and owner metaphorically holding our hand and encouraging and supporting us when things went badly wrong with our purchase, Meyers were professional and personable.The amazing Pauline got us through the final stages, progress chasing, keeping us informed. Meyers are the best estate agents by far.
