GoogleWhen I first moved into the property there were issued which were down to the contractors, not the letting agent. Within a few days of visiting the agent and telling them, Jaye has all the issues fixed and sorted out a refund for me for the first few days. I was very impressed and felt it could not have been handled better. I am now very happy in my new home.

GoogleLooking to rent property for family in the area , spoke with jaye , found her to be terribly unhelpful id even go as far to say rude , rang back to speak to someone higher and was told that she is the senior administrator- in an office of 3 , and deals with everything . Would not recommend

GoogleI used these to sell my house and was brilliant from start to finish! My house went on the market for only few weeks before being sold and throughout the whole process during the sale communication was really good with updates. Had a few close calls with potential pull outs but was handled very well and professional. Estate agent I used was Callum who was brilliant for us.

GoogleI really didn’t want to have to write a bad review but: I simply went there to drop a set of keys off on someone’s behalf, and the gentleman in there was very blunt and rude. I’m not sure if it was because I was wearing a face mask (COVID), but I was extremely confused as to why he was being rude. On the other hand, the lady who came out (I’m afraid I can’t remember the name) - was more informative and helpful.

GoogleThis office is never open when advertised, several times I have attempted to go in and talk to the Manager as the "Senior Administrator" keeps fobbing me off and not replying to all my emails. Poor communication, unprofessional staff and unreliable opening hours!!

GoogleAbsolutely disgusting company!! moved into a property that had bed bugs!! when reported was fobbed off for 6 months!! then served a section 21!! BEWARE NEVER USE!!!
Dear Mr Harding We certainly did not fob you off for 6 months. Indeed we responded to all your complaints in a timely manner and appointed contractors who attended when they were able to at your convenience. The section 21 was issued at the request of the landlords and is not a decision we were involved in. We have tried throughout to be fair in our dealings with you and are very sorry that you feel all the issues are the agency's fault. We totally refute all allegations and know we offer all our clients a thoroughly professional service.
