Sue & Mick BarhamWe recently moved in to our new 3-bed home at Heath Farm. From the outset of the process we found the sales staff to be helpful, courteous, professional and supportive. We were kept informed on the build progress and asked regarding our requirements on aspects of finishing. In addition, we were contacted to check on a particular issue relating to conveyancing to ensure no problems meeting the target completion date. The care and attention really "came across". Since moving in we have been delighted with our house and feel completely at home.The hand over and informal home demonstration were well-handled; during both staff pointed out a few things needing attention that we may not have spotted straight away. A date for correcting of these "snagging items" was arranged for approximately 1 week after the demonstration. The appointment was kept, the "snagging guy" arrived on time, attended to all points, gave an explanation on one issue and pertinent advice on another - promoting confidence in Lovell's after sale customer care.Early days yet, we do take note of the adverse experiences of others on different Lovells sites and are certainly not dismissive of their comments. However, so far Heath Farm has delivered for us - thank you to Suzie and David - more of the same please Lovells.

Went into bowlers green to look at some new builds after looking at many homes! Ellie was extremely welcoming and explained everything in detail! She took her time to go through it all as first time buyers it’s a little daunting! Ellie has assisted with all questions possible and helped us find our home!

We moved into our Lovell home in Holt just over two years ago. We've been very happy with the house and also the customer care. Even though we're now out of our warranty period, Lovell are honoring our pre existing snagging. This is always done to a good standard and today has been no exception. Jordan has made a great job of painting the garage door frame and kindly offered some sound advice about future proofing the remaining woodwork. Thanks again to everyone for getting the job done quickly and efficiently.

Still waiting 3 years to get kitchen snags sorted. It seems Lovell are more interested in building new houses than looking after customers that have already bought one. The amount of emails,phone calls we’ve sent and no one does nothing. Absolute cowboys. Also, didn’t plumb the house properly which meant our downstairs flooded and my partner slipped over and dislocated her shoulder and their idea of a resolution was some vouchers to buy new towels. Had better service with Persimmon and that’s saying something!

This company did work next door. Fitted a new roof. They basically crossed the partywall of my building ripped open the flashing on outside since then we have had major leaks. When we asked them what's going on they sent a inspector with. With no safety shoes who basically said it was our problem. The crossed the partywall. Which tress passed into our property. Ridge tiles removed not put right. Would if they ask for permission to work on your partywall I would say no as after the work has been done they'll leave your roof leaking and looking like crap. Then blame you for signing

Had Rob and Jordan today to do some remedial work on the bathroom. Lovely guys, easy to talk to and both eager to help and go above and beyond. Very happy with their service but also, the girls in the office are lovely too. Really friendly, helpful and very quick to respond to my queries or concerns. All round, Lovell Homes has hit a win with its customer care team as I literally haven’t had one bad experience with these guys. Well done!

We recently visited your open weekend in Holt. We were given exclusive access to both the show houses and one in the course of construction. We had met Dulcie a few weeks previously when we arrived at the site just before closing; she had just finished dealing with a very difficult individual.On both occasions she was both welcoming and helpful providing very concise information and details in a very professional manner.She is a great asset to Lovell Homes.We look forward to further discussions as our moving plans take shape. She was down to earth, informative and easy to deal with. Always at the end of an email with prompt responses to any queries we had.

the property itself, the design choices we made we love, the layout is good and the kitchen is probably the best thing about the property because that is where positives end. The hand over on completion was embarrassing and really ruined an exciting time for us. On moving in we quickly noticed how badly sound proofed they are. We have made several complaints to customer service about the poor sound proofing from other neighbours. the way the customer service handle things are poor. we are in the current situation of hating our property. we cant wait to sell. I wish Lovell understood the seriousness of the problem we have instead of giving the 'get on with it' approach. we are taking things through NHBC. but, our aim, to get out of here as fast as we can. this being said, id avoid Lovell because once they got that deposit monies, you're just a plot number
