GoogleHad a fantastic experience with Domvs purchasing our first house. Marcus Pound was extremely understanding throughout the process and always available to help. His support always felt very personalised and he made an effort to make a real relationship with us from the beginning and was always very keen to know how we are and shared the celebration us when we exchanged. He communicated with us frequently also. My only feedback for Domvs would be out of our house viewings with various agents we found domvs would quite often miss out key beautiful features from the brochures/online photos and the photos weren't as good as other companies. We soon learnt this so would take this in mind when choosing our viewings and in a way its a benefit as we ended up liking all of their properties more on arrival but if someone wasn't to bear this in mind they would not view properties they might actually like.

GoogleDomvs in Preston are the exception to the rule that Estate Agents suck! I've rarely encountered professional services who go so far out of their way help and support during the whole process. There is no question, if you're buying or selling property Domvs are worth their weight in gold. You get what you pay for.

Rachel was really helpful and answered any queries we had, Laura and Julia were lovely too and made the process a lot less stressful! Would highly recommend their service, they are all very good at what they do.

GoogleDOMVS has been helping us to manage the flat rental since we bought it almost 7 years ago. They have been very helpful all the way through. Given we are based overseas, their onsite support to us have been very critical. Incidentally, we bought and sold the flat via DOMVS. Their local market knowledge is essential in helping us get the right buyer and advising us on the selling price and strategy. Kudos to the DOMVS rental and sale team!

GoogleWhen i initially met with Marc to discuss my various plans he immediately grasped and understood my circumstances and situation and offered invaluable advice and understanding of this particular market. His knowledge and experience with both the marketing and the Weymouth area instilled trust and reassurrance that he would know how best to acheive a sale/s at the best price and with the best outcome. He has continued throughout to look after me and is always very responsive and extremely helpful in whatever way he can be. GoogleWe have been very impressed with the sales team and Marcus, our appointed contact, for enquires, etc. Whenever we needed to contact the team we found it easy to do so with prompt replies. Our house was marketed professionally and we were able to sell it quickly, although the completion took several months due to unexpected circumstances. The team ensured that all parties were kept up to date at all times. We definitely recommend them.

GoogleOutstanding level of service from start to finish. Led by Tim Grainger, the fantastic team in the Preston branch pulled out all the stops to meet our requirements and work within our very tight timeframe in terms of putting our home on the market. With attention to detail in every respect and outstanding photography and copy, it was no surprise that we sold within 3 days of going on the market. Following the sale Domvs worked diligently and kept us informed at every step of the way. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Domvs for either a purchase or sale.

GoogleOverall the purchase went smoothly and Domvs were helpful when needed. Only irritant was the first sales agent we dealt with scooted off on holiday without passing the file over to someone else, so we had to re-submit the required documentation again, after that it ran smoothly. Would we use them to sell, probably.
