Jordan was absolutely excellent throughout our purchase. What stood out the most was his communication, he was incredibly proactive and acted as a really effective link between all the different parties involved. Whenever things became unclear or we were waiting for information, Jordan would chase, find out what was happening and come back to us with an update. He helped keep communication flowing between solicitors, ourselves and the sellers, which made a huge difference, particularly towards the end when everything became very time-sensitive. Buying a house can feel like everyone is working separately, but Jordan genuinely helped connect all the pieces and keep things moving. We always felt that we could contact him and he would do his best to get an answer for us. We couldn’t have asked for better support from an estate agent!

We honestly couldn’t recommend Jordan at Hobbs & Webb highly enough. From the very beginning, Jordan gave us complete confidence. He was always honest, clear and straight with us when it came to making decisions, and took the time to properly explain how he’d valued our house, which gave us a lot of reassurance throughout the process. He was incredibly helpful from start to finish and genuinely went above and beyond. He was really proactive in keeping the chain moving, chasing things up and getting information when we needed it, even when things were outside of his control. He didn’t just sit back and wait for things to happen, he actively helped make things happen, which made such a difference and helped keep everything moving along. On top of all of that, Jordan is just a genuinely nice guy. He’s really down to earth, approachable and easy to deal with, which made what could have been a pretty stressful process so much easier. We’re really grateful for all of Jordan’s help in selling our house and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking to sell. Thank you!!

Kayisha was extremely helpful in the process of selling my property and made me feel supported every step of the way. The property was sold quickly and courtesy calls to keep me updated in the process were appreciated. Carl did an exceptional job of helping me purchase a property thereafter. He accommodated additional viewings, supported the process of making an offer and dealing with buyers/sellers in a timely manner and made the whole process of buying and selling a positive one. I chose Hobbs & Webb to sell my Father's house after he moved into a care home because I was very impressed with the straight talking and no pushy sales advice at the initial consultation - just good sound advice. Carl looked after the whole process from start to finish and was super efficient and easy to talk to as well as helpful with recommendations for a solicitor, energy certificate provider and clearance company to help us through the process. Carl and Beth scheduled and attended every viewing and found a buyer within 6 days of marketing the house which exceeded our expectations considering the slow housing market at the start of the year. Carl has been a rock and kept us informed at every part of the house sale process and returned to the house numerous times with the buyers for follow up viewings. I have helped my close family friends to move. The estate agents Hobbs and Webb Weston Super Mare were used to buy their new home. As I dealt with the purchase for them I had first hand experience of dealing with all of the staff. All staff were very friendly, helpful and extremely professional with a good knowledge of the process keeping us up todate with the progress of the purchase. They negotiated with the seller to give access for delivery of disable equipment before completion which made the move easier. I have no reservations in recommending this company for future customers, for selling or purchasing a property from them.

Having just sold my mum's house through Hobbs and Webb I can highly recommend them. Jordan was in regular contact throughout the entire process . All viewings were sent via email confirmation which was handy as I can't always access my phone whilst at work. Buying a house is a daunting process, and choosing an agent can be difficult. We initially went with Hobbs & Webb because we know and trust Jordan. Things moved very quickly, and before long Demi was looking after us. We couldn't have asked for a better agent. You've got to remember that having an offer accepted is only the start of what can be an arduous process. Many agents will make the sale and sit back. Not Hobbs and Webb. Through every step of the process Demi was on the case, chasing solicitors and bashing the chain to move things along. I could tell she was on our side, and she went above and beyond to make the whole process as painless as possible. Do not be fooled by the promises of cheap online agents. It's so true that you get what you pay for, and you will regret it - just think, picking the wrong agent could mean you loose out on your dream home. I genuinely couldn't recommend Hobbs and Webb highly enough.
